5 /5 MILA D.: Took my car in for a much needed work before taking it out on the road for travel. JR not only taught me something about the car by showing me what needs to be done but was also so kind enough as to offer me a ride to a nearby Starbucks or McDonalds so that I don’t get bored waiting. Upon finding out that the car needs parts ordered and would have to wait until the next day, he even offered to take me home. He is so kind for offering to help with my needs. The car was completely repaired and ready by noon the next day. And my car feels perfect - like brand new! Thanks to the expertise of JR and his team of car mechanics. I highly recommend Quality Auto Works to anyone. They know what they’re doing and are the best in town. You’d be glad you did!

5 /5 Felix Franco: I have been coming to Quality Auto Works for about two years now and I have to say this is the best auto shop in town. Since the first time here I’ve never been asked to do something to my car that it doesn’t need. In fact, I’ve came in thinking that my car would need something because a light is on only to find out it’s just a maintenance check and have left without paying a penny. Does it get any more honest than that? Not only are they honest but they do a great work. I’ve had brakes replaced and they have been running great and some other things and all has been quality work. Also, they have finished jobs that I would’ve thought would take longer in less time. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and quality work shop, please look no further, this is the place you’ve been looking for. I highly recommend this place to anyone. 3 /5 Vincent Jenkins: Very hard to pinpoint what they actually do every time I call he says I can’t do that job. They say they are just general maintenance, but it seems to be they pick and choose who to service. Sent them multiple referrals for years until we reached a breaking point. Gave them a break for a few years tried them again and received the same results. I like to support local businesses but they aren’t trying hard enough.

On my first visit for some routine maintenance, JR and his team found that my wheel bearing was failing and needed to be replaced (explained the worsening cabin noise). After the maintenance/repairs my car feels and sounds great! I appreciate the honesty, quality of work, fair prices, clear communication, and speed of repairs. I found this location thanks to the google reviews, so I’d thought I’d put in my review and tell you to go and give JR and his team a shot. He’s earned my respect and my business. I said I wish I would have found this place sooner; well, I’m telling you this is it.
