Jacob Perez He has worked on a couple of my vehicles,donework on fuel pumps,starter,freeze plugs,replaced a couple of sensors and even changed a transmission !All with very reasonable prices,Lalo is very good mechanic and he warranties his work for 90days and the parts very ,that being said the starter was under warranty for 2 years ,went bad after 16 months,he replaced the starter free of charge and only paid $50 labor( passed 90 day warranty) ,just our luck I guess within a 2months starter goes bad ,I know it was not his making ,but he once again replaced the starter and this time no labor charge.Lalo is stand up guy,I have not been there in over a year since once gotten a semi new car ,but if I ever need work done ,this the place to go!Garicas Lalo soy Rafael Cervantes

Junior Al Had a check engine light. Came to get it repair told me it was the o2 sensor, they "fixed" it and told me if it comes back on to come back, within the week it was fixed the light came back on and called. They checked it out and told me the catalytic converter had a crack. I had to pay for both repairs. It wasnt even two repairs, more like one. Charged me for an o2 sensor and labor, which wasnt even the problem of the light, and then I had to come back to get it actually fixed and having to pay again. It seems like they just put new parts and hope it works. In total, I spent around $600.

Yuri Ruiz Unprofessional dealership from Smart Choice recommended me this place to fix my car that barely bought 2 week ago and engine light turn on and window started going up and down well I bought this insurance on the dealer that supposedly they work with or thats what they said well called the insurance AUL company and they said that no one called to claim from that mechanic. Mechanic told me he removed the parts he put because he didnt want to call the insurance company. Because they couldnt fix the window message on the dashboard.

cyriah williams I would give no stars if I could. The person I spoke to was very impatient I couldn’t tell if it was a man or woman. They took about 15 min to respond. When I did get the quoting price I asked if they would come and that took too long to get an answer I ended up getting second quote which was lower. I told whoever I was talking to that I no longer needed their service which they weren’t even driving or anything. She or he said to me “let me just let you know that mechanics don’t like when people do that” after that I started to tune the he or she person out but they started going on a tangent. I say all this to say that COSTUMER SERVICE is the most important thing for your business. Your employees shouldn’t be making the costumer feel wrong for their choices. I wanted to give this place a chance but after the way he/she spoke to me in a rushing and rude manner it’s a no for me. My advice for anyone looking for fast and respectful is going anywhere else but here.

Adam Campbell I didnt like the idea of trying to drive a disabled vehicle across town to a garage. Called these guys instead. They sent a mechanic to my house and got my car running great again.

AK Gutow Called at the beginning of the week they had me fill out a form online to book something for Thursday which wasn’t even available so I took the next available which was Friday. I just received a call saying their service truck was broken and they couldn’t come until the following Friday??? I could have called someone else and had my issue resolved by now. Very unprofessional. Also if you’re a mechanic shouldn’t you be able to fix your truck immediately so you don’t leave your appointments hanging??? Bad business form not even an apology….how in the world do people stay in business like this

Conway Cleary Sergio’s auto repair is an excellent shop to go to if you need any auto repairs done. I replaced my brakes and rotors and the did it in a timely manner, have totally fair prices, and are incredibly friendly. I’m definitely coning back for any auto repairs that I’ll need in the future. 12/10 recommend.

Felix Franco I have been coming to Quality Auto Works for about two years now and I have to say this is the best auto shop in town. Since the first time here I’ve never been asked to do something to my car that it doesn’t need. In fact, I’ve came in thinking that my car would need something because a light is on only to find out it’s just a maintenance check and have left without paying a penny. They say they are just general maintenance, but it seems to be they pick and choose who to service. Sent them multiple referrals for years until we reached a breaking point. Gave them a break for a few years tried them again and received the same results. I like to support local businesses but they aren’t trying hard enough.

I made a complete check of a car I was buying, they told me everything good even if i told them that there was a leak of water, and 30 min mater coming back home : the car make smoke. The motor is dead, the radiator also. Totally incompetent : the leak was because the radiator was already damaged they didnt know that.
