cyriah williams I would give no stars if I could. The person I spoke to was very impatient I couldn’t tell if it was a man or woman. They took about 15 min to respond. When I did get the quoting price I asked if they would come and that took too long to get an answer I ended up getting second quote which was lower. I told whoever I was talking to that I no longer needed their service which they weren’t even driving or anything. She or he said to me “let me just let you know that mechanics don’t like when people do that” after that I started to tune the he or she person out but they started going on a tangent. I say all this to say that COSTUMER SERVICE is the most important thing for your business. Your employees shouldn’t be making the costumer feel wrong for their choices. I wanted to give this place a chance but after the way he/she spoke to me in a rushing and rude manner it’s a no for me. My advice for anyone looking for fast and respectful is going anywhere else but here.

MILA D. Took my car in for a much needed work before taking it out on the road for travel. JR not only taught me something about the car by showing me what needs to be done but was also so kind enough as to offer me a ride to a nearby Starbucks or McDonalds so that I don’t get bored waiting. Upon finding out that the car needs parts ordered and would have to wait until the next day, he even offered to take me home. He is so kind for offering to help with my needs. The car was completely repaired and ready by noon the next day. And my car feels perfect - like brand new! Thanks to the expertise of JR and his team of car mechanics. Felix Franco I have been coming to Quality Auto Works for about two years now and I have to say this is the best auto shop in town. Since the first time here I’ve never been asked to do something to my car that it doesn’t need. In fact, I’ve came in thinking that my car would need something because a light is on only to find out it’s just a maintenance check and have left without paying a penny. Does it get any more honest than that? Not only are they honest but they do a great work. I’ve had brakes replaced and they have been running great and some other things and all has been quality work. Also, they have finished jobs that I would’ve thought would take longer in less time. Julio Guillen Trusted Carlos to take care of my cars. Couldn’t diagnose a check engine light at all. Kept telling me to wait because he is short handed, 4 weeks later still hasn’t fixed my car. Keeps telling me to drive the car to see what I think, feeding me lies every time I talk to him. I came to him in search of a good mechanic, he fixed my car in the past but I find now that he is only good for tune ups, he can’t diagnose a check engine light or troubleshoot engine problems. Really disappointed. I don’t recommend Ipatzi automotive, Suarez automotive and I really don’t recommend Ramirez bros. CONSIDER THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU TRY.

Steve Pena I have to say, out of all the smog check shops I have ever been to. This place is the best. Rigo diagnosed my car and fixed it in a day on the following day it passed the smog check. It wasnt cheap, but the job was done correctly. Stop stressing over what could be wrong with your vehicle not passing smog. Let an expert like Rigo diagnose the problem and find the solution.
