Brought my car in for a new exhaust setup and they not only did that for me but helped me out with multiple high end performance parts and far exceeded even my own expectations. Tyler A: I moved to Florida from Ventura county and regularly drive my vehicle back and forth. On my last drive to the west coast I noticed a coolant leak coming from my van. Knowing I had to drive over 2500 miles to get back home to Florida it was very important to have my car running reliability (especially as Id have to drive through the desert and Texas). I took my vehicle to JTs to have my coolant system fixed and some maintenance items included at the same time, such as a new water pump and timing belt. I got a couple quotes from different shops in the area and JTs was the best price and I had a good feeling about getting the work done There. JTs was also able to work with my very short timeline as I had to make the return trip soon. I picked up the vehicle in the short time frame with no issues. After driving the vehicle around for a couple days around town I wanted him to take a second look at the cooling system, just to make sure everything was in perfect working order. He took the van in immediately and fixed the small issue, which was covered with the warranty he offers. We finished our trip driving across the country and the van ran flawlessly with no issues at all (while pulling a trailer). If youre looking for auto repairs I recommend checking to see what JTs Automotive can do for you.

Upon finding out that the car needs parts ordered and would have to wait until the next day, he even offered to take me home. He is so kind for offering to help with my needs. Julio Guillen: Trusted Carlos to take care of my cars. Couldn’t diagnose a check engine light at all. Kept telling me to wait because he is short handed, 4 weeks later still hasn’t fixed my car. Keeps telling me to drive the car to see what I think, feeding me lies every time I talk to him. I came to him in search of a good mechanic, he fixed my car in the past but I find now that he is only good for tune ups, he can’t diagnose a check engine light or troubleshoot engine problems. Really disappointed. I don’t recommend Ipatzi automotive, Suarez automotive and I really don’t recommend Ramirez bros. CONSIDER THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU TRY.
