1 /5 Jillian Stone: I was advised to go here, and was told they were very honest. I called to make an appointment, and explained to them where I had already taken it, and the code I was given. As well as what was going on with the car. The guy on the phone told me next time not to elaborate on what was already done or what was going on with the car. Not only was this extremely rude, it seems like this would be stuff that would be helpful in diagnosing the car since the one code its giving is not specific to whats going on.
Very disappointed! Especially since they had such good reviews and were recommended as good honest people.
