1 /5 Satiwick Saxena: Worst experience, worst communication and always trying to scam customers. Please avoid at all costs. These guys have no idea how to manage things. Tried them twice, regretted each time. The first time I got my Hyundai Elantra serviced and needed to replace a broken fuel cover. The official part would be unpainted and $100+ so I asked if they can install the part if I order it off eBay. They said yes but did not give any estimate for the labor cost. I ordered the part off eBay, took an appointment and asked for an estimate to install it. The owner said, I will call you in half and hour and give you the estimate. Nobody called back. I called a few time and only towards the end of the day they told me that the estimate was $200! I had to go for an important meeting the next day so I had no option but to say yes and pay up. I was unhappy but gave them the benefit of doubt. The second time (after about 6 months) I took my Hyundai for regular service again. This time I wanted to get the battery checked as it has been 3+ years since the last battery change and the car had been vibrating at times when starting up. I called and asked for an appointment and was told I can come anytime after 8:30 am in the morning. I went in the afternoon around 1:15 pm and again asked for an estimate. Again I was told, they will call back with an estimate for the battery. I kept calling back every 90 mins to check but no answer. Each time one of the two owners would pick up and say I will call you back with an estimate soon. Nobody called back. On my 4th call, at 5:30 pm they finally told me that the only AGM battery they recommend is $450! When I googled I found plenty of highly rated options at $200. When I told them you have wasted my time, they did not even bother to respond to it. And just told me that the car was already serviced so I can just come pay for the regular service and pick it up. This time when I went to pick up the car I decided to give the owner a piece of my mind, in language they understand. Good riddance and never going back there even if they offer it for free.
