Ryan Jimenez Armando and his guys are great. We have never had anything to complain about taking either of our BMWs there. He is better priced than the dealership. Check them out especially if you like supporting local businesses. The only difficulty is he is a little hidden. You have to drive through an driveway to get to his garages behind a used car dealership.

Crystal P This is hands down the best shop in LA. My family has been going to Alfred and his crew for over a decade. I come here for oil changes and whenever I have any issues with my car. Alfred is such a standup, friendly guy - the dealership tried to trick me into saying I needed to replace my brake pads. Alfred checked and said I still have 85% left and don’t need to replace for another 2 years! The prices are also very fair and he wont ever try to upsell you. Anyone reading this who is also a woman knows we look like an easy target for an upsell. However, Alfred is an honest, trustworthy mechanic who is a family man and my mom and I have never felt like we were getting manipulated. I live in DTLA now, but I still come up here because I know I will get quality service for a great deal. There are people who come from all over even though they move away because they trust Alfred. Tip: come at 7am so you can get your car serviced first. I was in and out in an hour for a full inspection, oil change, brake fluid change, and tire rotation 2nd Tip: Pay cash and save 3%! Long story, short: come here for great service for a great price!

Jaqi Kennedy Ill definitely be coming back to Pro Automotive regularly for any car troubles I had. I had taken my car to another mechanic shop in the area a couple months ago and while they swapped out a part that was supposedly broken, my original issue of a noise in the engine was not fixed. On top of having some miscommunications and being unreliable, I realised I needed a new mechanic. I stumbled upon Pro Automotive and Im super glad I did. Carmen at the front desk has been a mix of professional and genuine. Chris was amazing at being able to tell me where the problems were and getting things fixed up quickly. Overall, I think this shop is definitely the spot to have your car fixed properly and at a fair price.

Amy Mawson My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived early hoping to get out early. I just needed an oil change. Was told it would take 3 hours. Wow! For me that is ridiculously long. I also had a recall but they said they do not have the part, to try back in March or April. I wont be coming back to this dealership.

Kaci Shires I had a great experience at J&E. The dealership quoted almost 1k for fixing something on my car so I started looking around and came across J&E. They had good reviews so I emailed and got a response back from Emad super quick with a quote almost half of that and was able to bring it in a few days later. They were quick and it ended up being a little cheaper than the initial quote I was given which is always nice lol. Emad was very nice and even recommended a place in the area to fix my recently cracked windshield. Would definitely recommend and come back!

I have been coming to Nash Auto for about 5 years and Mike is the most honest guy in California as far as I know. Michael Sierra Came here because I wanted to get new brakes. Jacob took a look and told me he thinks I didn’t need new ones just yet. He then proceeded to further inspect my brakes and told me my back brakes are still very good, and recommends that I Inspect my front brakes on my next oil change. But he did offer to change my front ones if I wanted but I didn’t have to. I appreciate his honest feedback and they didn’t seem too pushy to get work done that I didn’t even need. Just make sure to schedule an appointment. Seems like a good and honest mechanic.
