5 /5 Crystal P: This is hands down the best shop in LA. My family has been going to Alfred and his crew for over a decade. I come here for oil changes and whenever I have any issues with my car. Alfred is such a standup, friendly guy - the dealership tried to trick me into saying I needed to replace my brake pads. Alfred checked and said I still have 85% left and don’t need to replace for another 2 years!
The prices are also very fair and he wont ever try to upsell you. Anyone reading this who is also a woman knows we look like an easy target for an upsell. However, Alfred is an honest, trustworthy mechanic who is a family man and my mom and I have never felt like we were getting manipulated. I live in DTLA now, but I still come up here because I know I will get quality service for a great deal. There are people who come from all over even though they move away because they trust Alfred.
Tip: come at 7am so you can get your car serviced first. I was in and out in an hour for a full inspection, oil change, brake fluid change, and tire rotation
2nd Tip: Pay cash and save 3%!
