Hamlet Markarian I came in today for the first time with a nail in my tire. Robert the owner greeted me, and took a look at my tire gave me a few options. I decided to purchase a couple of the new tires as the pricing was really good. The thing that stood out the most was while I was waiting for my tires to get replaced, many people kept walking in and asking questions, and again Robert the owner’s customer service and peoples skills were amazing. It’s hard to find honest people in the auto repair industry, but my 1hr experience in his business really stood out of how honest, ethical and care he puts into his work and his customers. 5 stars and a new customer moving forward.

Crystal P This is hands down the best shop in LA. My family has been going to Alfred and his crew for over a decade. I come here for oil changes and whenever I have any issues with my car. Alfred is such a standup, friendly guy - the dealership tried to trick me into saying I needed to replace my brake pads. Alfred checked and said I still have 85% left and don’t need to replace for another 2 years! The prices are also very fair and he wont ever try to upsell you. Anyone reading this who is also a woman knows we look like an easy target for an upsell. However, Alfred is an honest, trustworthy mechanic who is a family man and my mom and I have never felt like we were getting manipulated. I live in DTLA now, but I still come up here because I know I will get quality service for a great deal. There are people who come from all over even though they move away because they trust Alfred. Tip: come at 7am so you can get your car serviced first. I was in and out in an hour for a full inspection, oil change, brake fluid change, and tire rotation 2nd Tip: Pay cash and save 3%! Long story, short: come here for great service for a great price!

Samuel Lee No half of a star. Or no star options. Charged us 1400 for changes and didn’t clean up or put things back in working order. Car wasn’t working even in working order. Or better. Had to take our car to the dealership to fix their mistake and cost us more time and money.

I had taken my car to another mechanic shop in the area a couple months ago and while they swapped out a part that was supposedly broken, my original issue of a noise in the engine was not fixed. Amy Mawson My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived early hoping to get out early. I just needed an oil change. Was told it would take 3 hours. Wow! For me that is ridiculously long. I also had a recall but they said they do not have the part, to try back in March or April. I wont be coming back to this dealership.

Jason Yates I recently had both my Chevy tahoe and silverado motors rebuilt here, and they did such an amazing job both times. The super friendly staff went above and beyond and had washed and even touched up a few dings on my trucks paint. I see a few reviews complaining about how long it takes, and to be honest, good work cant be rushed. There is a reason why the parking lot is always full of cars. If you need work done and have some time, then i would definitely leave it in their more than capable hands. A++ work

Kaci Shires I had a great experience at J&E. The dealership quoted almost 1k for fixing something on my car so I started looking around and came across J&E. They had good reviews so I emailed and got a response back from Emad super quick with a quote almost half of that and was able to bring it in a few days later. They were quick and it ended up being a little cheaper than the initial quote I was given which is always nice lol. Emad was very nice and even recommended a place in the area to fix my recently cracked windshield. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Robert Hess I have gone to One Stop Automotive with my 1994 Mazda Miata for several years now and am extremely happy with my experience there. John, the owner, is not only super-knowledgeable, but also great with communication and very reasonably priced. Plus hes a very nice person and never tries to upsell.
