Jacky Chen Genuinely my favorite auto shop that Ive been to. Both Peter and Bryan are effective in communicating what they are going to do, how much they are charging (very fair prices), and afterwards, what happened to the car and what went wrong. The staff here are the definition of honest auto mechanics and their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend those who are looking for a new mechanic to try them out!l

andrew I took my car in because my A/C had been down for a while and as soon as I told Peter (owner), he immediately told me my model has extended warranty because the condenser in those models are known to fail. He told me it was an expensive repair and said to take it to a dealer and they would fix it for free if it is the condenser. Unfortunately, it was another part but I was able to work out a heavy discount with them through Honda Goodwill Assistance. I feel like every other shop would have just worked on my car and Id have to pay full prices. Peter ultimately saved me thousands of dollars for this repair. So although I havent had work done by this shop, I would definitely be coming back for any work/maintenance and I recommend you do as well! They deserve it for their honesty and professionalism.

PUSH THE ROCK FITNESS AND LIFESTYLE Called in advanced today. They said come now we can change your oil. I showed up there was no one in the office . The lady who appears to be either the owner or manager saw me standing by my car several times and did not approach. She just kept being on her phone . Waited for 30 minutes no help . Someone pulled up out of nowhere and they were all approached and helped . Don’t come here if you want to be acknowledged and get service .

As soon as I gave them a call I felt so much relief, they told me they had availability and would work on my car asap. I got the best quote and my car was finished so fast. Scott Delgado The biggest fear most people have when it comes to going to the mechanic is honesty. Ive lived in Santa Ana for over 2 years now, and I finally needed to find a mechanic. I checked out Autocare Express, and Im very pleased with them. Kevin is very good with communicating, and he doesnt just dismiss an issue or think he has all of the answers. I was having door lock issues, and he researched the problem online to make sure his course of action would work. After ordering a part, installing it, and fixing the issue, Kevin wanted to make sure the issue was indeed fixed and that I was satisfied. He let me have my vehicle back (without paying), so I could drive it for a couple of days and make sure things seemed to be sorted out. Finding a mechanic you can trust is one thing. Finding a mechanic who trusts YOU is a whole other thing. My vehicle is running smoothly, and Im very pleased with this place. Im glad that I can now say I have a local mechanic I trust to go to when I have issues with my vehicle. I definitely recommend this place. Parking can be a bit crazy due to the other businesses around the shop, but if you call them, they can instruct you where to park, such as in their shop. Dont let parking deter you. This place is good.

Whitney Egoian Jesus is the best mechanic around! I am so grateful that our friend recommended him to us. When moving to a new place it can be hard to find a new mechanic that you trust. Jesus does great work at his shop and he is honest. I have an older Buick and other shops were constantly trying to sell me on bigger fixes. But Jesus always gives me an explanation of what is going on with my car, and has helped me figure out the best ways to maintain it the best we can. I truly appreciate him and highly recommend his shop.

Ryan Tomlinson I’m a local car dealer and have tried many shops in the Orange County area. I have a good understanding of what repairs should cost, and what quality service is in the auto industry. The guys here at J&A are exactly that. One of my trucks broke down at a gas station. AAA wouldn’t tow my truck because it was “too big.” After a quick Google search I found J&A. They were able to tow my truck and replace the fuel pump having me back on the road 24 hours later. The price was very reasonable, and the service was 5 stars. I definitely recommend this shop.

Cindy Wang I came here as a referral from my friend Holly. The location is really convenient since I live 10 minutes away. There is also a Chipotle nearby so I walked to get lunch while my car was being inspected. This was my first time coming to a mechanic as I am a new driver with my first car. I was really nervous about being upsold since I literally know nothing about cars but the manager, Henry, was honest and helpful. He never tried to upsell me on service I did not need. Because he is an expert with Japanese cars, I felt safe entrusting him with my baby 2017 Red Honda Civic EX-L. I was very impressed by his knowledge and he gave me tips on how to take care of my baby and how to keep it running smoothly for up to 20+ years. The pricing was way lower than going to the dealership. The most important factor was that I felt that I could trust Henry and I will continue to go to him! I will be back. My car is running perfectly now and my MPG is so damn high, almost 36mpg now! Thanks again Henry!

Helen R I have taken three of my vehicles to Henry over the years. He is an honest, no nonsense kind of person who really knows his trade. He has good people working for him and oversees their work. I have referred several friends to him and they have all been very satisfied with his work and prices. He does not gouge. Once I took my Accord for an oil change and to have him check something and he said to take it to the dealership because the problem ($1200 worth) should be covered under my extended warranty. And it was. Thank you Henry for allowing me to worry about one less thing!

They they listen carefully to any concerns about our cars and are also fast, reasonable, and friendly. I highly recommend their shop to all my friends and family. I just finished putting a lift on my Subaru Forester and needed a mechanic that could perform a "not your average 4 wheel alignment". I talked to Paul and he checked all the right boxes. I brought her in and she was not kind to him, he had to get out the big guns and really break a sweat, but he got it done on time and on budget. How does it drive now? Straight as an arrow and smooth as silk! Hes the real deal!
