John Beldock Oh man! Had an appointment for an oil change first thing this morning while on a trip through California from Colorado. Yesterday afternoon, we screwed up and blew the back window out of my F250. During the oil change, Stephanie found a dealer in Sacramento that had new glass in stock. They sent their driver an hour and a half down the road and had me driving away with fresh oil and a new rear slider by 3pm! Can’t thank Stephanie and Hanna in the body shop enough for helping me out of a jamb today. Even gave my little pupper yummy treats. Y’all are way awesome!!

Randy Wilkins I recently had a minor accident where I was hit on the passenger side of my vehicle. I went to colusa collision center for an estimate. Josh came right out and did an inspection on the spot. They were very helpful throughout The Who process. Melissa worked with the insurance company for me to make the process easy as possible. Josh was able to finish my Truck ahead of schedule and had me back on the road. They had to fix dents and re paint. I can’t tell anything ever happened to it. When I got the truck back it was fully cleaned and looked amazing. I highly recommend them

Mathew Fontes Selover did great work on my truck that was scraped on the side from bumper to bumper. It actually did look like new after the repairs were made. The shop also replaced my windshield after it was cracked by a rock. When the scorching Sacramento Valley sun melted the rearview mirror glue, Selover came to my local place of work to fix it. You cant ask for much more than that. Moreover, the staff always works seamlessly with my insurance company. I consider myself fortunate to have such a skilled paint and body shop right in town.

Bree Thomas I needed an oil change, badly. I just so happened to pass by Yuba City Autoworks while going to an appointment. I stopped in and they didnt have any appointments available until 2 days out because they were fully booked for the day. The gentlemen that handled scheduling was super nice and friendly. He told me he could schedule an oil change for later but I decided that I was going to go elsewhere since I really needed an oil change. He handed me a business card, telling me if I needed anything else or changed my mind to give them a call. He also said that they have the cheapest oil changes in the city. Well, I went down the road to my usual location because they include a car wash with the oil change, but the quote they gave me for my oil change was between $110 to $120. The last time I had my oil changed with a car wash, it was $89. That was a huge jump so I decided to call Yuba City Autoworks back and schedule an appointment. Their oil change starts at $39.99. When I called back, the gentlemen recognized my voice and also told me that they have an earlier opening available due to a cancelation. I was able to get in 1 day earlier. When I arrived for my appointment the next day the gentleman that scheduled my appointment was friendly and created such a great atmosphere while I waited for my car to get done. All the customers that came in seemed to be so acquainted. They all were regular customers, I could tell they really trusted this auto shop just by the comfortability they had and the conversation they had with the staff. I met the owner who was also amazing and made me feel completely at home. After my car was done, I felt right at home too. I will continue to patron this shop for all of my auto needs that they provide as services for my car. They even went above and beyond after my service by checking in on me to make sure that everything went well with my oil change the next day. Their customer service is above any auto place Ive been to in quite a while. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for auto repair. I give them 6 out of 5 stars all-around. Tjiska Van Wyk This is a very efficient and professionally run center! When my tire pressure light when on, they were very close by so I pulled in and was provided service immediately. When I was told my right rear tire was low, I told him I was confused as I had just had pressure checked a few days ago. He said it was probably something in the tire that was causing slow leak and offered to take a look. Sure enough, a screw was found and tire was fixed! When I pulled out my credit card to pay for service, he said there was no charge! Good old fashioned customer service expertly delivered. Everyone is super friendly too. Love this place!!!!

Courtney Tauscher My husband just left and was extremely impressed with their kindness and speed. He had a tire with a small hole and was half way to the airport when he ran over whatever it was to cause the hole. He swung through here and they got him in and out within 20 minutes. He is patched up and still on track to make his flight. We live about an hour away but still might come back when we need our tires done due to their superior service.
