Linda: The Hospital is pretty good in general but for Gods sake, do something about the Parking. Its absolutely ridiculous to have to drive around for Half an hour just to get a parking spot. I drove through those parking lots over and over again. Even in the parking lot that says patients only, the employees are parking in there, I saw them in their scrubs with all their stuff and wearing their employee badges coming into and out of the patient parking. Its a DAMN shame that disabled and sick people are being treated like this while the employees take up almost all of the parking stalls.
Miles Brenda “Brenda Cox”: I just had cataract surgery done on my right eye December. 14,2023 from the time me and my daughter walked in to check me in The Staff was very nice and helpful. When the nurse came out and got me I told her I have very bad anxiety and that I was a little scared she told me step by step what was going to be going on from putting my IV in until they came and got me for the surgery I very much appreciate all the time the nurse took with me making sure I was doing good. From what I can remember everyone in the room where they did my eye surgery was very nice and helpful there as well. Im going to be having a cataract removal on my left eye as well sometime in January 2024 this time Im looking forward to my surgery cause I feel very comfortable and at ease and this is do to the experience I have already had with the eye surgery unit very loving and caring men and women work in there. I just wish I could remember my nurses name that was with me in the start cause without her I know I wouldnt have been as relaxed as I was. Lisa Romero: Worst customer service ever!!!! You can never get a hold of someone on the phone, and if you do it’s only to place you on hold without even answering the phone just a cold transfer to hold. Please get rid of the front office assistants, if they can’t do the job right get someone who can. Office is going through construction but the real problem is the customer service.
Crystal: Very nice comfortable place to visit. They treat you right and are very friendly. You get seen in about half an hour if your apt. Cant even feel the staff draw your blood If you dont look. They always ho over your history and ask if you have and ?s or concerns prior to surgery and resolve them.
Justin Aulakh: The general health side is not bad, but this review is for the Dental side. Their dental is the worst. They would not care if you died waiting for an appointment. They are extremely rude and don’t care about you, your dental issues or even getting you a basic appointment. I have been trying to get an appointment for a cavity for over 6 months, while in pain. I call and talk to them at least 2 times a week! They don’t care to try and help, they usually forward me to a voicemail that never gets addressed. You are better off paying for your own dental insurance than dealing with these heartless people.
Annie 101: Unfortunately I had the worst experience with the front desk lady in suite 490, I was referred by the dentist to come here and I drove 40 minutes just to be turned down by the front desk girl saying the doctor doesn’t take those diagnostics…. Like what my dentist sent me here for a reason and what’s worse is that she didn’t even explain anything and had the worst attitude, really unwelcoming.
Josiah Lopez: The apartments that I used to live in were filthy. The units were infested with roaches, bed bugs, and water bugs.
The managers dare plus the maintenance wouldnt do anything to get rid of the infestation of bugs and I feel like those apartments should be shut down
sam: WORST, I mean by far the worst doctors, NPs, nurses, Ive ever experienced! Waited three hours while the center was empty, when I finally got brought in, nurses were just on their phones laughing and texting. The one who took my blood pressure and stats, she told me to stand on the scale, then tells me to get off- proceeds to ASK ME What it said? Didnt check my fever. The NP comes in all rude didnt take into consideration how much we waited how terrible condition I was in. Proceeds to talk over me, just looking up symptoms on the computer.
