1 /5 Mary G: "I’ve visited this shop a few times over the years, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. On April 14, I spoke with the owner about my vehicles AC, specifically mentioning that it just needed AC fuel. He told me to bring it in a couple of days later, so I dropped it off on April 16 at 9 AM, expecting it to be ready in a few hours. However, I didn’t hear from him until 3 PM. When I tried calling, no one answered, and when I arrived, the owner was absent. His workers informed me that the total charge was $180, claiming they had to run a diagnostic machine. Despite clearly stating my needs, they performed unrelated work and didn’t fix my AC.
The next morning, I returned to speak with the owner, who made up a story about needing to buy an AC kit. I didn’t believe him, so I took my car to another mechanic who quickly added the AC fuel without any issues. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt for my payment, and they only accept cash, which is quite strange.
I strongly advise anyone, especially women, to not go to this place alone. Its important to have someone knowledgeable with you, as these kinds of businesses can take advantage of clients and avoid accountability for their actions."
