1 /5 T: Jose is an honest mechanic with good prices, I had an electrical issue with a crank no start, he had my car running within a few hours. Edit: May 28 My car broke down again with the same issue I called to see if he can take a look at it again since its been less than 3 months. He was supposed to come and never showed up at my house so my cars been sitting for weeks now. I went to the shop a few times to try and resolve this issue and no luck so at this point I gave up just save your time and money and go somewhere else and to the worker who replied to my post if the guy is working at your shop hes part of your team.

I spoke with Phil a few weeks back and he informed me that the engine have been replaced. Just waiting patiently for Phil’s call to pick up the truck. 01-01-2023 I had a wonderful year end driving my F250 with an engine rebuild by Phil! Thank you and Phil gave me a very reasonable price. A few adjustments just like someone who had a “triple bypass”.

Steve Grothe: Its always a "5." Best automotive shop Ive experienced in decades for a personal driver. Ive been coming here since about 2010. Last week, Consultatch installed my dashcam system (front and rear cams, blindside detection, etc.) in our Toyota Avalon. Flawless installation - bet you cant even see the rear cam. Neither could I. Hint: I had to get out of the car to find it. Inside the car, theres no wires showing. What more could I ask for?

Not to mention it only took an hour+fifteen minutes out of my day to inspect and get them fixed. The shop had the parts delivered within a few hours and the wonderful woman at the desk had her guys on my car immediately working hard to get it done fast so my kids and I didn’t have to wait around long. I felt welcomed and taken care of, and this is now the only auto shop I will go to.

I called a Mobil Mechanic as it’s such a pain for a mom with kids to get to a shop and just leave my car- he showed up and saw my break Pad was falling apart and they didn’t replace some Parts on my new breaks. He cleaned my breaks up for me and helped me figure the problem Out and put my mind at ease. He did this all for free and I was beyond thankful! I won’t be going to shop again and I really appreciated his help!

Beth P: I started going to this mechanic based off of a friend’s recommendation years ago, and was very happy for years. However, I have not had a good experience multiple times in the last year and a half or so. The complaint is related to my air conditioner, which ironically is what took me there in the beginning and they were very helpful then. This time they told me I needed a part they didn’t have and had me come back. After the new part was put in, the air still didn’t work. I took the car back at least 3 times for the same thing, and was even explained how to use the air conditioner in the car I’ve driven for years because they kept telling me the air is fine. One of the times I took it in, I got it back making a noise. It never dawned on me it was the air conditioner given it sounded like a rock hitting my windshield over and over again, and I just thought it was bad timing it started the day after I was at Agape. I finally got a video of it, took the car in, and they told me based on the video it was the air conditioner. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor fixing it at no charge because it was under warranty. They fixed the noise, but not the air conditioner. After that visit, I realized my floor vents were no longer working. I took it back for that. They still weren’t working correctly after they were ‘fixed,’ along with the air conditioner. But all along I kept getting it back being told it’s working fine. I have a medical condition where heat brings on flares, so I’ve been dealing with that too thanks to Agape not listening to me and treating me like a dumb broad. My husband suggested I try a different mechanic, though I was trying to be loyal based on initial good experiences. So, I finally did go elsewhere today since it’s getting hot, and the air conditioner that I supposedly don’t know how to use is due to a compressor issue and a fluid leak. This is significant because the first visit I had to Agape years ago I was told I had a small fluid leak that I didn’t fix, but interestingly, they never mentioned it as a problem this time when I took it back years later. It magically repaired itself until I went somewhere else. I’m not sure what happened to Agape, but after multiple visits with corresponding Uber rides back and forth at an additional charge, they never fixed my vehicle and made me feel stupid for saying the problem still wasn’t fixed. And here we are, the sweating in my car wasn’t in my head. Now I’m out the money for Agape never fixing the car and damaging it more every time I went in, plus what I now paid to get it truly fixed. And, as you can see from the receipts I attached, there were things wrong with the A/C and I paid a fortune to get it fixed. But it now works and I’m thrilled! It was never about money, though maybe Agape thought it was because it’s an older car. It was just bad customer service blowing off my complaint, but now somewhere that listened got that big ticket.
