5 /5 G D: Problem: my trucks AC would not hold a charge, so I scheduled an appt. w/ Auto World. I arrived at my appt time and was promptly greeted and signed in. I was told my AC diagnosis/repair would take about an hour which turned out to be accurate. Sammy was quite knowledgeable and had the great approach of addressing the least costly possible causes before going further. The AC is currently blowing cold and Im happy. I highly recommend Auto World.

5 /5 Raymond Garcia: Sammy and Tyler got me out of a bind, just now. Due to my fault, I botched a simple oil change and installed the oring incorrectly on the oil filter. (I didnt find this out till after the fact and they had already diagnosed the issue). Long story short, Sammy kindly towed my car down the street to his shop, and got me on my way with assurance. This event could have been a lot worse, and Im glad I stumbled into his shop vs another, as they gave us the attention any customer would appreciate. Thanks guys!

They are centrally located and very reasonably priced and willing to work with you if you are constrained by a budget. They are where professionalism meets the family atmosphere. With that metaphor in mind, Im the bad kid that every family has when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair. I am mechanically inclined but not professionally trained in automotive troubleshooting and repair. I enjoy working on and learning about my own vehicles and often get stumped by some issue, out of time, I humbly call, Cheyenne answers, glad to hear from me, I describe my issue and shell have me in there that day and out by the afternoon. It doesnt matter if its a routine smog or I have the vehicle apart. Theyll take it and finish up where I left off, leaving me enough time to drive over to finish the registration process at AAA and pick up my tags for the year. A happy camper, again! As a side note: I never feel like Im charged too much. In fact, its quite the opposite. I never feel like Im charged enough for what Im asking them to do for me. They all love me, and I love them right back. The only way that I can repay for what they have done for me over the last 15 years is with my loyalty as a mutually loved and respected customer. I highly recommend All Day Auto Repair and Smog to anyone who values the business model where everyone within their organization involved in the repair of your vehicle and is part of the solution, including you, the customer, if you choose to be. I have been bringing my vehicles to this company for over 12 years and I have never had a problem. I sent a friend there and she had been getting quotes in the several hundreds. I had her take her car there and Integrity found that all that was needed was a bolt to be tightened. They did not charge her. Just recently another friend took his Lexus there. The dealer quote about $5,000.00. Integrity charged less than a third of that amount. They are to be completely trusted.
