5 /5 Michael Fletcher: All Day Automotive Repair and Smog is the best full-service one-stop-shop auto repair business in the Southwest Riverside area. They are centrally located and very reasonably priced and willing to work with you if you are constrained by a budget. They are where professionalism meets the family atmosphere. With that metaphor in mind, Im the bad kid that every family has when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair. I am mechanically inclined but not professionally trained in automotive troubleshooting and repair. I enjoy working on and learning about my own vehicles and often get stumped by some issue, out of time, I humbly call, Cheyenne answers, glad to hear from me, I describe my issue and shell have me in there that day and out by the afternoon. It doesnt matter if its a routine smog or I have the vehicle apart. Theyll take it and finish up where I left off, leaving me enough time to drive over to finish the registration process at AAA and pick up my tags for the year. A happy camper, again! As a side note: I never feel like Im charged too much. In fact, its quite the opposite. I never feel like Im charged enough for what Im asking them to do for me. They all love me, and I love them right back. The only way that I can repay for what they have done for me over the last 15 years is with my loyalty as a mutually loved and respected customer. I highly recommend All Day Auto Repair and Smog to anyone who values the business model where everyone within their organization involved in the repair of your vehicle and is part of the solution, including you, the customer, if you choose to be. I choose to be involved with the maintenance and repair of my vehicles. You may see only one person under the hood of your car, I assure you, they are all under the hood of your car because they have a common goal of customer satisfaction by their collective performance. I am one very satisfied customer.

5 /5 Lee K: I was traveling through Temecula and I had my drivers side window fail. I could not get the window to go up. Being a single, 78 year old woman, traveling alone from Arizona, I did not feel safe leaving my car window down. Plus, with rain, wind and the potential to leave my car vulnerable to vandalism and theft, I wanted to get the window repaired. I googled repair shops. I called a few, none could accommodate my need for an immediate repair. I could not wait days to get in. However, when I called All Day Auto Repair, I got a great response. Bring the van in and if we can get the parts, we will fix the van window. I brought the van in and I was so impressed with everyone I spoke with. I felt like I was treated as though, I was a family member. I think, because I was from out of state, other repairs, for a couple of hours, were put on hold, to put my van in for the needed repair. I worried that I could be facing an expensive repair, because there are repair shops that take advantage of women and especially, people from out of state that have a needed repair and have to pay the cost, no matter the price. That was not the case. George, the owner and his staff, got the repairs done, did not price gouge me, and even offered to pick up some food for me, when someone was going to get food for some of the workers. I am forever grateful that there are honest repair shops, that do outstanding work, and truly care about their customers. If I lived in Temecula, my 5 star rating would mean the # 1 place I would take my vehicle for repairs would be All Day Auto Repair. This business deserves a 10 plus rating. I highly recommend George, his son and staff to be your go to for your auto repairs. You will be in good hands, and you won’t be disappointed. The staff there is friendly and provide full details of what went wrong, their method of solution, and showing the end product in fruition. George the owner is so nice and so accommodating an amazing mechanic and I highly recommend him to all who want their car serviced.
