5 /5 ken walker: From the first contact to the final transaction this shop was up front and open with me. The communication was spot on and I feel like they took care of me. The main person I was in contact kwith was Jason Estrada and he kept me informed of the status and what was going on. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. I will return for future services.

1 /5 CLK: I had brought my car here last month because theyre one of the approved smog vendors that works with the government assistance programs. Unfortunately they said I could only get the assistance if I left my car with them for two weeks, which I obviously couldnt do since I have no other way to get to and from work. So my family was nice enough to help me with the $2200 diagnostic and repair needed to get my car to pass smog. Well, yesterday a pipe broke and my car was steaming until my mom pulled over and pushed it back into place. We took it back, hoping that they could give us insight and assistance. Was this a problem when we had it down last month? If so, why werent we notified? I was already there, we could have had it fixed right then. Instead, the people there told me essentially that were gonna have to pay another $100+ for another diagnostic, not even mentioning the cost of repairs, which I obviously dont have the money for since I drained my savings last month for the smog repairs. I will not be bringing any vehicle here ever again.

4 /5 Lauren Dang: A great stop for smog checks and oil changes! :) My sister and I had some coupons for a smog check and oil change. They gave us a discount on each service, but not exactly what the coupons promised. Nevertheless, the prices were still fairly reasonable. The place was relatively small, but everyone worked efficiently. We waited for about 30 minutes for an oil change and 40 minutes for the smog check. A bit longer than we expected, but not bad for the price. We’ll be sure to stop by here from now on! :)

1 /5 Alexandra Walton: I hate leaving negative reviews but Ive given this place four chances and the customer service was horrible every time. My car needed to be smogged and they gave me a specific time to bring my car by when I called the shop. When I got there 30 minutes later, they told me the tech was out and I would have to come back another day. The explanation was that the tech had an emergency. I understand this happens so I decided to try again. I called again on a different day and they told me they would be able to accommodate me no problem. I got there at the agreed upon time and there was a minimum 2 hour wait (since the only tech was going to lunch for an hour) and they might not even be able to smog my car after that. This happened two more times with me arriving 30 minutes after calling and them again telling me it would be hours before they could get to my car even though they told me on the phone that they werent busy. I understand that its first come first served but whoever is answering the phone is not providing an accurate estimate of wait times. I literally was at the shop within 30 minutes of calling each time. I find it hard to believe that the wait time increased that dramatically every time. Its not unreasonable to expect a business to provide somewhat accurate wait times, most people do not have all day to wait. I ended up wasting time and gas driving to this place on four separate occasions. The person at the front desk was also rude every time and did not care that I had previously called multiple times and was given wrong information about wait times. If you have to go here, either get there right when they open or plan to be there all day and your car might not even be smogged. There seems to also only be one smog tech so they are always understaffed and basically unavailable every day from 12 to 1 pm. And this isnt posted on their website or online under their hours. I finally gave up and got my car smogged down the street by a place that was much busier and had much better customer service. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
