5 /5 Shy Ednacot: My Honda Civic EX Sedan 2015 was not starting without a jump and I realized I needed to replace my alternator + serpentine belt. I went and bought new parts from O’Reilly but realized I was in over my head trying to do this myself so I called a few local mechanics. After calling 5-6 mechanics around Murrietta , I ended up choosing Omar Mobile Mechanic because of the amazing repoire I had with Omar, who even took my phone call to answer all of my questions after posted business hours. I really appreciated that. We confirmed an appointment for the very next day and his team of 2 came out promptly the next morning and replaced my alternator and serpentine belt in under an hour. It’s summer and very hot outside so I checked on them and gave them cold waters. Omar is a certified Toyota mechanic but did an amazing job fixing my Honda Civic which has been running incredible since he came by about a month ago now. My old alternator likely contributed to battery issues I was experiencing, where I had to jump start my car every time I needed to use it. After he was finished he pointed out one of the terminal bolts was loose and the wrong part- and he was nice enough to message me later confirming the correct part I needed which I replaced after. He also informed me my battery was still under warranty so I took it to the shop to have it tested and was able to get a brand new battery under warranty. My car has been working like new and I’m so thankful I’ve found Omar Mobile Mechanic for this fix. He was super kind during the whole process, gave me tips for my car I needed and used an ODB2 scanner to double check my car was okay, without ever suggesting additional repairs. Excellent and trustworthy mechanics with the best prices in Murrietta. They will be my go-to mechanic moving forward and I love how they are mobile and able to come and fix it right outside of my house. Bonus: If you need replacement parts for your car, they offer all customers with warranties on their repairs when using new parts they provide. Thank you so much.

1 /5 Chris Thomas: $750 DOWN THE DRAIN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. My legal team will be in contact with you Omar. He will quote you a price, bait and switch you into thinking you need other stuff in your car. He took a look at the car with diagnostic. Told me I needed all this stuff and my car is still not running! He said "Its electrical" and charged me $750 this dude is certifiable crook. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. People are scared to speak the truth about his business practices because he might show up back to their residence. He dont want that problem on this side. GUARANTEED!
