I find that unprofessional. I owned a mechanic shop prior to this and we always gave an estimate to the clients and noted that it could change once we did the inspection in shop. that is how an honest professional company does business.

I called during the Memorial Day weekend and although they were closed, an associate contacted me to let me know they saw my appointment set online and theyd be ready for me as soon as they opened. Also, theyre not like other shops where they try to tack on extra parts, services, etc. They actually did the opposite. They talked ME out of things that were unnecessary. (Ive got OCD and my car is a major trigger lol) I cant be happier with these guys. Im glad I found them. Ive got some projects in the works for my 2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and you already know whos going to be handling it!
