    Beth P: I started going to this mechanic based off of a friend’s recommendation years ago, and was very happy for years. However, I have not had a good experience multiple times in the last year and a half or so. The complaint is related to my air conditioner, which ironically is what took me there in the beginning and they were very helpful then. This time they told me I needed a part they didn’t have and had me come back. After the new part was put in, the air still didn’t work. I took the car back at least 3 times for the same thing, and was even explained how to use the air conditioner in the car I’ve driven for years because they kept telling me the air is fine. One of the times I took it in, I got it back making a noise. It never dawned on me it was the air conditioner given it sounded like a rock hitting my windshield over and over again, and I just thought it was bad timing it started the day after I was at Agape. I finally got a video of it, took the car in, and they told me based on the video it was the air conditioner. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor fixing it at no charge because it was under warranty. They fixed the noise, but not the air conditioner. After that visit, I realized my floor vents were no longer working. I took it back for that. They still weren’t working correctly after they were ‘fixed,’ along with the air conditioner. But all along I kept getting it back being told it’s working fine. I have a medical condition where heat brings on flares, so I’ve been dealing with that too thanks to Agape not listening to me and treating me like a dumb broad. My husband suggested I try a different mechanic, though I was trying to be loyal based on initial good experiences. So, I finally did go elsewhere today since it’s getting hot, and the air conditioner that I supposedly don’t know how to use is due to a compressor issue and a fluid leak. This is significant because the first visit I had to Agape years ago I was told I had a small fluid leak that I didn’t fix, but interestingly, they never mentioned it as a problem this time when I took it back years later. It magically repaired itself until I went somewhere else. I’m not sure what happened to Agape, but after multiple visits with corresponding Uber rides back and forth at an additional charge, they never fixed my vehicle and made me feel stupid for saying the problem still wasn’t fixed. And here we are, the sweating in my car wasn’t in my head. Now I’m out the money for Agape never fixing the car and damaging it more every time I went in, plus what I now paid to get it truly fixed. And, as you can see from the receipts I attached, there were things wrong with the A/C and I paid a fortune to get it fixed. But it now works and I’m thrilled! It was never about money, though maybe Agape thought it was because it’s an older car. It was just bad customer service blowing off my complaint, but now somewhere that listened got that big ticket.

If any of you out there and are looking for an honest, kind and truly professional mechanic you need to go and see Edgar (Ed) Flading and his team at Auto Care Experts, Inc. My car had an issue that could not be resolved by another shop. Ed and his team were able to resolve the issue and my car is running great. Ed charged a very fair price for the work and going forward I will not take my car to anyone else! Recently, I brought in my Tundra which was having a low brake pedal issue that was not being caused by low fluid or brake master or anything like that.     Michael Fletcher: All Day Automotive Repair and Smog is the best full-service one-stop-shop auto repair business in the Southwest Riverside area. They are centrally located and very reasonably priced and willing to work with you if you are constrained by a budget. They are where professionalism meets the family atmosphere. With that metaphor in mind, Im the bad kid that every family has when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair. I am mechanically inclined but not professionally trained in automotive troubleshooting and repair. I enjoy working on and learning about my own vehicles and often get stumped by some issue, out of time, I humbly call, Cheyenne answers, glad to hear from me, I describe my issue and shell have me in there that day and out by the afternoon. It doesnt matter if its a routine smog or I have the vehicle apart. Theyll take it and finish up where I left off, leaving me enough time to drive over to finish the registration process at AAA and pick up my tags for the year. A happy camper, again! As a side note: I never feel like Im charged too much. In fact, its quite the opposite. I never feel like Im charged enough for what Im asking them to do for me. They all love me, and I love them right back. The only way that I can repay for what they have done for me over the last 15 years is with my loyalty as a mutually loved and respected customer. I highly recommend All Day Auto Repair and Smog to anyone who values the business model where everyone within their organization involved in the repair of your vehicle and is part of the solution, including you, the customer, if you choose to be. I choose to be involved with the maintenance and repair of my vehicles. You may see only one person under the hood of your car, I assure you, they are all under the hood of your car because they have a common goal of customer satisfaction by their collective performance. I am one very satisfied customer.

    Cruzita Diaz: Integrity says it all. They are top notched and NOT out to rip people off or pull anything over anyone. I have referred countless people here and everyone has been satisfied. I have been bringing my vehicles to this company for over 12 years and I have never had a problem. I sent a friend there and she had been getting quotes in the several hundreds. I had her take her car there and Integrity found that all that was needed was a bolt to be tightened. They did not charge her. Just recently another friend took his Lexus there. The dealer quote about $5,000.00. Integrity charged less than a third of that amount. They are to be completely trusted.
