See Family: Terrible waste of time! They canceled my appointment for infusion without telling me. I drove an hour each way and waited in the lobby for 2 hours to be told they did not obtain prior authorization. No one called me to tell me this. Now Im working with my insurance and my specialist to change the prior authorization AGAIN. I will continue to drive to Sam Francisco to get my treatments.
