5 /5 Enrique Quintero: There are no better options to style your hair in all of Santa Monica. None. Ive tried so many and Bombshell sits comfortably at the pinnacle. The staff at Bombshell make sure to treat you like a freaking celebrity. Its definitely one of those salons where you find your new hair bestie to bond with and they become a part-time therapist like in the movies. The vibe is definitely warm and welcoming, with a touch of luxury that isnt too full of itself. I dont think Ive ever had a single negative experience in this salon. Everyone is so well trained and incredibly detail-oriented. Ill be going back again and again until I die.

1 /5 YANA REZNIKOVA: I am very disappointed with my last visit to the salon. I came to have my hair straightened with a blow dryer, but the result was far from satisfactory. Just an hour after the styling, my hair became very frizzy and wavy, although it was supposed to be straight. Considering that I paid $90 for this service, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the style was not what I was promised at all, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome and do not recommend this salon.

1 /5 Lin Dana: My daughter came in to get a blue balayage (see photo). James confirmed he could it. The result was some stringy green straw disappointment (see photo). It wasn’t until he was done that he admitted to my daughter (his exact words): “oh this color doesn’t work on Asian hair, I should’ve told your dad I couldn’t do it.” Then proceeds to charge her full price. Total was $425.00. Refused to offer to fix it unless she paid even more money. Fix it? Ha! He just admitted that he doesn’t know how!!! She and her father had been coming here for years. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible.
