It became clear they only value their influencer clients as they rescheduled my appointment multiple times (5+) after confirming. I saw Kali who botched my hair so horrifically, the top was streaked with red and brown stripes that ended with a harsh line into a block of pure orange hair. I told her at the salon I was seeing 3+ colors in my hair and she started gaslighting me saying she didn’t see that but we should schedule a revision. They rescheduled my revision 4 times and I told them I didn’t want to see the same girl who destroyed my hair. They had me send them a bunch of photos of my hair and then said it required too much time and effort for them to fix and they wouldn’t have time for me until October, over a month and a half after my original appointment. It’s clear that they reschedule their regular clients to fit in these influencers, and couldn’t care less about their botched work to fix it or give regular clients the time of day. An embarrassment of a salon.
