5 /5 Eve Tilley-Coulson: I’ve been going to Anya for years for highlights, but recently decided to go back to my natural hair color (brunette). I was nervous to do so but Anya did an amazing job and I absolutely love it. Her salon is calm and relaxing and she makes the entire experience feel tailored to you and your hair.

5 /5 lucas griggs: Anya is incredible! After growing my hair out for almost 5 years, she was the first to cut it. And it’s been her for the last several years. Sadly, I’m relocating to NY. But I’m considering flying back literally just to keep my hairs in order. She truly has an incredible touch. I only get cuts from her, but I know a lot of her other clients and if I had any interest in color and extensions, she would be my only choice in LA.

5 /5 Larry Cruz: My wife and I just love this little salon gem in Santa Monica. Its a nice private experience and Anyas attention to detail with color is superb. Shes very knowledgeable with color. We get the Ammonia free color service. Cant say enough good things.

2 /5 Rupali Vohra: Anya is nice, but I didnt like the balayage that I received. The first two images are the colors I asked for (in an ombre), and the rest are the color I received (after two washes). It was much lighter on her first attempt, and this is after an attempted fix. The color is also inconsistent in the layers of my hair - some of the pieces are much more orange and lighter. Overall, I liked my haircut, but not the color. I probably wouldnt recommend Anya for brunette balayage, unless youre trying to go blonde. We also ran out of time, so I wasnt able to get my hair blown out at the end of the appointment. She did give me a $50 refund for that. I will be spending another several hundred dollars trying to get this fixed from someone else.

5 /5 Natalie Paziotopoulos: I can’t recommend Anya at Aiya Hair Salon in Santa Monica enough! Not only is she absolutely beautiful inside and out, but her salon is such a warm and inviting space. You feel like you’re visiting a close friend in the comfort of her home. Anya uses the most natural, hydrating products that have worked wonders for my hair. Her talent with color, cuts, and blowouts is unmatched—I always leave feeling my absolute best! On top of her skill, Anya is sweet, kind, and turns every appointment into a relaxing escape. Truly the best hairstylist and salon experience!
