Cheri Fulk Wanda is the owner, she does amazing work (massages, makeup, permanent makeup, and waxing. Renee is a hairstylist, she is very experienced in color and can give razor cuts, (which a lot of people can not ). Just bring a picture of what you want done and she can do it. Love this place.

Missy Dominick I was going through a hard time. My hair fell out. (Doctor feels it wont, so I went and bought a human hair wig. I brought it back to my amazing hairdresser, Yvette. She cut and shaped the wig. She went through all the tricks you need to know about wigs. The process was amazing. She helped me to feel better about myself!!!!

Whitney My son went to Cheers barbershop on walnut and the lady completely screwed his hair up. Rues was busy and had no openings but took my son in to fix what the other barbershop screwed up. If I could give 10 starts I would thanks so much for fixing my sons hair.

Brian Nelson Great barber shop. Good people and great work. My only choice for a shave and a haircut. Update: still amazing. As someone who has no style, I always come out of there looking better than I can imagine. Rue and his crew are professionals, no doubt.

Joshua Tanner This shop is magnificent! Every one of the barbers are incredibly talented as well as being genuinely good people. No matter what kind of cut youre looking for, one or more of these guys has it down to an art. Make sure you make an appointment, because this place is almost always booked for the day. Which is great, because it means their regulars LOVE them.

Joyce Thomas Erin is amazing! She got me in short notice and delivered the best hair do i could ask for! She was friendly and the shop was super cute. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond. I strongly recomend this salon.

Timothy Stubbs Tried to get my Daughters hair cut here. We called and tried to make a reservation. 4 days later they text us back with a 2:00 appointment time for an 11 year old still in school. We responded through text asking for a later time due to school and we were told that thats just a super wanted time slot, and that she appreciates us trying to book there. Im not sure why she couldnt just make an appointment in the future but Ill never try this place now . Theres so many other good businesses here in town, like the one we called after this place that got us taken care of in a professional timely manner. Do yourself a favor and SKIP the SASS.

Dallas and Michelle Erin is so amazing! She truly cares about the health of my hair, always delivers when I decide to change it up, and she always works with my very limited schedule. I appreciate her so much! Thankful for such an amazing hair girl! As for the salon, it is always clean, cute and welcoming!

melissa rohr I have been going to Sassafrass for several years now and have no complaints. All the stylists are very kind and do excellent work. They take care of our whole family now when it comes to hair. I recommend it to anyone needing a good salon experience.

Sher Blei I had THE best experience at the Red Bluff Calif store! Chat was my stylist and did amazing! My process took 4 hrs, we closed the shop snd she gave me a ride home! I made a new friend while I’m visiting here!

Michael Wright I took my two girls here four and six and yes they were moving a lot The staff here was very patient and talked with them and made them feel comfortable enough to get their haircuts it was so wonderful and as a single dad it is so nice to get the advice on how to do their hair and whatnot it is so nice thank you to the wonderful staff

Amber Parks London, is my 11 year old daughter. She faced timed me because i wasnt able to be there her dad brought her… she was SOOOO happy with the “very awesome lady” that cut her hair. She said she was so nice, she loved her cut and wants to go back to her forever! Thank you very much for that!!! We really appreciate you!!

Rose Samson My stylist Kimberly was amazing, she got my haircut perfectly and with Shars help got my hair color exactly how I wanted, they were very kind and professional great conversationalist as well Im definitely coming back

Tiffany Eaton I have been taking my Sheepadoodle here for about a year now. I do not take her regularly, but I try to keep up with brushing in between visits. Today I took her in, she was pretty dirty and alittle tangled. They did a bath, trim, brush and fluff! She looks adorable, they did a great job. I’m not sure of the young man’s name, but he was nice and very friendly to my dog.

Jennie Johnson We love Indognito!!! My husband and I took our three to them today. They went in dirty and unkempt and came out absolutely beautiful! Two are Shi Tzu/Japanese Chins and one is a Mi-ki. They all got fabulous haircuts and are so soft and clean. As a new resident of Red Bluff, Im thrilled to have found such a great groomer and I highly recommend this business.

Shelby Arellano shorter than expected but what can you do

Nancy Miles A little disappointed, I had an appt for my dog to which I tried to change and I called them for 2 days in a row and left several messages, no one called me back so I took time out of my busy day and after work to drive there only to find out they were short handed and hadnt listened to any messages or called anyone back. They are excellent groomers my dog looks amazing, and yes I have another upcoming appointment. I would highly recommend them. They are local and they were referred to me by my neighbor. As a suggestion maybe hire someone to answer phones and or make appointments for your establishment as this would help boost business. Just saying. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Karen Spence Sebastian has an appointment every 2 weeks for grooming. He loves Emily and looks forward to seeing her. She takes good care of my furbaby and he looks great after each visit.

Jozzelle Commerford The salon itself is lovely inside, great products, nice decor, but awful location really, inconvienient and difficult to get to and find, not a lot of parking and a terrible neighborhood. The hair dresser I went to was amazing but she doesnt work there anymore. While they have tanning, their customer service/counter people leave a lot to be desired, often leaving their hairdressers to handle it themselves, I imagine because of past confusion their ineptitude has caused. Theyre expensive and hire(d) the best hairdresser that Ive found in town, but not a great business, to be honest.

Bran Sal Went twice to get my hair lightened, my hair is dark brown n I wantd a balyage fading to a blond n the stylist I had was horrible. After going twice it was nothing close to what I wanted n even the hair cut she gave me was terrible the layers wer no even! It was a waist of my money n time!

Cori Smith I absolutely loved getting my nails done by Jennifer, and being the first time Ive ever used a tanning bed the experience was really good!!! The only problem is that for over a week Ive called, left text messages for Jennifer and Im getting no response, even called Debbie to see if her number had changed- nope it hasnt. Not sure of what I did to be ignored, Ill be trying to find another place, paid for 10 tanning seesions went twice, really hurt but dont want a refund, I really liked the experience just never been treated like that

hailey mayer Awesome place. Im a girl so I know we normally go to salons and what not, however I just wanted/want a simple cut nowadays. So, decided to check out the barbershop and I am so THANKFUL I did!! I got to work with the father and son I believe?? And Im sorry I cannot remember names, but the father barbers son came in a lil after I arrived and he was young, smart, and chill. Ive got crazy curls and my hair is thick, even when its short, but he was gentle and efficient. My skull feels good lol. Great work guys and Ill be back!

Red Bluff Boy Hey, it’s a $6 haircut. You get what you pay for. I asked for just a little off the top but leave the sides alone, so what’s the first thing that she does? She takes the electric clippers and cuts my sides to the skin. Then when she finished she looked at me and said, “I know that this isn’t what you wanted but I like this better.” But hey, again, it’s a $6 haircut and you get what you pay for so I keep going back.

Whitney If I could give this -10 stars I would. My son asked for a mid taper and she completely screwed it up and then tried to say it wouldnt look like the picture because he has "different," hair. Which clearly was a excuse to cover up the fact that she literally sucks at her job. Or atleast sucks at cutting peoples hair who arent Caucasian

tyrah ky so i went in a few weeks ago and i haven’t straightened my hair at all after i got my haircut. i straightened it today to see how it would look and let me tell you, it’s so uneven and choppy. they messed up my beautiful hair and i would not recommend going to this place.

Jenel Poppleton Tara does an amazing job on my hair and is very good with my young children for their haircuts. I appreciate her and her practical knowledge about hair care. Booking an appointment online anytime of day or night is extra helpful as well, but I can call during office hours to make an appointment as well.

Floral & Fire My husband just came home from here with a crooked haircut. Couldnt tell until he moved his hair a certain way. I have to correct it. They also slapped the back of his neck with a horrible smelling powerful aftershave that he had to shower to get rid of. He didnt ask for it. I guess for $8 you get what you pay for. Never again.

William Horton I was able to take my grandson for a haircut, ON A SUNDAY! Its a comfortable hair salon so they cater to all customers. Saturday haircuts can be hit or miss depending on a variety of conditions. So nice to find a place open Sunday.

nocturnal.nymph29 The stylist I had on 12/4/2024 was able to save my hair. But the girl Kori who did my hair on 9/25/24, has no business being a stylist. Completely rude, confrontational, and most of all Put orange disgusting hair gel without my permission and when I asked her about it she made up a lie that it was to grow my hair out when in actual reality, The glue stuck to my scalp and hardened to where I was crying and spending 2 hrs every night, fighting with my hair. I had to undergo a disgusting vinegar treatment to solve this problem and lost 2 inches of hair because of it. Another issue with the gel is I temporarily lost hearing in my left ear and the back of my head and ears burn so bad it hurts to comb out my hair even tho its nice and soft now. Kwik Kuts, you need to train your stylists to ask your clients if they want the gel, if they want the shampoo or simply just ask if there are any allergic reactions. This could lead to a lawsuit. And because of this and the rudeness of Kori Im officially switching salons. below was before and after and yes my hearing is slowly but surely coming back

Rebecca Calkins I took my daughter in for a hair cut and this is what I got. The people in there seemed unprofessional by the way they acted and the way they dressed. They offered to fix it, but will not return my money. This is the first time that I have had this big of a probelm with this business. Needless to say I will not be going back.
