It was a bit complicated. He provided a comprehensive report with photos and also walked me through it via phone. He was fantastic! I am so happy with the outcome. My car drives really well and I am completely satisfied!

5 /5 James Doonan: I always trust Larry, and his crew. They tell me when I need something done now, or when I can let something go for a bit longer. They tell me when I need an original part, or something maybe less expensive. I’ve gone to them for 24 years now, servicing a Jaguar and two Mercedes. They patiently explain things to me, and I never feel rushed with them. I feel lucky to have found them. Thank you Automotive Clinic.

2 /5 Pallavi Moghe: Ladies beware!!! I went in for an annual oil change service after they quoted me $289 over the phone. However after the service was completed (with no additional repairs) they said it was $289 + parts (parts in this case was the oil change). They mentioned the oil was expensive in my case and said the total would be a whopping $450. Never has a service on my car costed me that much. The moment I started looking for my previous year’s invoice (from another shop) they brought the price down to $350 (saying that they’re giving me a discount on labor). After haggling further, they brought it down to $333. Even at this price they’re at the higher end in the city (I realized it after I found my previous invoice $100 cheaper) Other than this mix up on the pricing, they seemed to do a decent job on generating and sharing the inspection report and walking me through the suggested fixes. I just wish I was given an honest quote over the phone when I first spoke to them.

Larry helped me navigate the insurance process so that I was able to get insurance to not deem the car a total loss and then they did a fabulous job of fixing it. I’m really happy with the job that they did and very pleased that they are near me.
