5 /5 Jennie Kajiko: Robert went above an d beyond in helping me with my 18 year old Prius. I had taken my car to Action Auto only twice before for scheduled maintenance and as I was leaving the last appointment my car’s urgent/dangerous warning light came on. Turns out my Prius’ inverter for the hybrid system died and it would have cost over $1200 to fix. This had nothing to do with the work they had just done (which was great). Robert offered to house my car until I decided what to do with it. This meant parking it out on the street and moving it when street cleaning was scheduled. I decided to donate it and Robert was able to give me guidance on that, too. I highly recommend him for not only the quality of the work but for his willingness to go out of the way to help his customers.

5 /5 Ariel Lee: He saved me $6K off what the dealer tried to charge me! First, he told me that my "worn out" brake pads according to the Acura dealer were still at 60% and would easily last another 2-3 years. Then, when I checked my invoice, he actually charged me less than he quoted for transmission fluid change. Who even does that these days?! Excellent shop that deserves all 5 stars. Thanks again, Robert.

5 /5 Alzila: Got recommended here for Raymond to service my car. He’s very professional and understanding also will let you exactly know if something is good or needs to be repaired. Definitely will not rip you off like others, one shop told me that I need my rear brakes replaced. That’s when Raymond said that’s not true but instead informed me that my front brakes needed to be changed. I made an appointment with him and was scheduled a week later. He knows what he’s doing and did my brakes within 30 minutes. I will definitely be back and trust him with my vehicle
