1 /5 Karo Hovhannisyan: Terrible office change to another doctor before using them after a ACL tear in my knee and going to the emergency two days in a row they told me my primary doctor has to give me a MRI form I call there office and they tell me they might be able to get me in around a month or more to see the doctors and if I have a problem with that I should transfer to another doctor this place is a joke

Horrible service, receptionist is so rude, I call complaining about an emergency i’m having and instead of being caring and understanding she starts giving me attitude and being rude Like are you serious? How am i supposed to feel welcome and want to come when your receptionist is being rude. On top of that, I told them about the issue i’m having and how the hospital told me to get an authorization as fast as possible for the health concern i’m having and she tells me “that’s not how it work here honey, you need an appointment and the next available is end of next month” MIND YOU i told them i have a note from the emergency department stating that the authorization is urgent. Stay as FAR away from this place as you can if you want to stay alive. Go see any other doctor BUT them. Horrible horrible and horrible. get some better receptions and doctors.
