1 /5 Naera Avetisyan: Whenever I call Dr. Nazarian’s office, they never answer their calls. She is the type of doctor who is very unprofessional, and she doesn’t even wear her doctor’s robe, and she shows up in bright colored dresses, and her jewelry. This doesn’t make her look like a doctor at all, instead it looks like she’s going to a fancy restaurant. Her nails are so long and sharp that she isn’t able to examine where I have pain on my body. She does not have the looks of a professional doctor, and she has so much attitude towards her patients.

1 /5 Lizza Kho: This is the bad clinic office in my experience, the people who work there very very incompetent and can’t speak english(90%), i made appointment, they gave me in 6 months, waiting at the clinic 1.5 hr, when I finally can see the docter only see me for 5 minute with empty record and said “what can I do for you” She doesn’t know what i need for my routine check up because my file not with her, I call the clinic need to submit my bone density order, they hold me for 1 hr and they never passed my phone to docter, why not just take what i need, pass to the docter and call me back, simple THEY NOT SPEAK ENGLISH only armenian language, come on , you live in US, very disappointed, i will change my docter for sure this time, if your nurse doesn’t know how to work, you have to change them or we will fire you

1 /5 T.M.: 100% these good reviews are fake. This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Armine shouldnt even be called a doctor for how she lets her office run. They have files everywhere instead of taking some time to put those in a computer and are incredibly unorganized. Carine has such a disgusting attitude and treats patients like an absolute burden. When I got to the office and was waiting inside, she was SCREAMING at an older couple out in the parking lot. Never going to come here again. These people need professional help. They are so insane that they make you think youre crazy. They also charge insurance unnecessarily, also called fraud.

1 /5 Razmik B: This place should not be a doctors office, the workers are very disorganized, if you call them they will put you on hold for 15 minutes then they hang up on you think about it you need help, answers to your questions and they hang up on you after being on hold for 15. -20 minutes… other than that as I write this review there is 14 people waiting and the doctor is now around I asked to see where the doctor is they said she will be in in 45 minutes and all these people made appointment this place is chaotic

Natasha G: Dont recommend taking any kids or babies here. You are better off getting a doctor at Valley Childrens, the wait for this office is terrible. My child had an appointment at 1:30, and we were moved out of two clinic rooms still waiting to see the doctor and saw the doctor at 6 p.m. we were the last people to leave and all the lights to the building were off, had to exit out of an emergency door. Had to beg the doctor for a referral to have my child be seen for emergency care. The nurses are awful, they gave my child another TB test when he just had his done and was there for the flu shot only and they didnt bother asking what he was there for or even looking at his chart. Most unprofessional doctors and staff.

IANA RAI: Dont waste your time! The three-hour wait at urgent care wasnt even the main issue. The real problem was that your "top RN" showed a complete lack of concern for her patients. After waiting for three hours, we were finally put in a room, only to wait another hour. The so-called doctor came in and spent no more than ten minutes with my dad, dismissing his condition as just a stomach ache. Today, we were admitted to a hospital and learned that if we had waited even one more day, the situation could have been dire. Its astonishing that you prescribed my dad medication for "strep throat" when that wasnt even the issue. If she truly cared for her patients, she would have listened to them instead of rushing and neglecting proper care. I believe her name was Gagan or something of the sort. PS: GET BETTER CAMERENA!!!!

Cierra M: I went to a dental appointment for my child and received horrible customer service by the front desk. I arrived early to the appointment and the front desk stated that they would need to verify my insurance through my employer. The front desk employees stated they couldn’t verify my insurance even though I called the insurance company and a representative from the front desk spoke to the representative over the phone and verified that my son does have insurance. The representatives at the front desk were very rude and disrespectful. We waited over 30 minutes to not be seen at all once we were told that he didn’t have insurance even though proof was provided. My son and I were both discriminated against. I would not recommend the dental office on A Street at all.
