Msessie Hollis: Horrible sitting here now had an appointment bat 10 got here at 945 its now 1043 and still have not been seen. I definitely will be changing Drs. When I asked why lady at the front dest said she didnt know why. But everyone who came on before me and way after me got called right away. This wouldnt be acceptable if I was late for my appt 40 mins I would have to pay the late fee to reschedule as well as reschedule my appointment. Then when I said I had to go they claim 5 mins and I would be seen but instead of seeing me ina actual room I am in the room with a bunch of vaccine refrigerator so its like a supply room with a medical bed in it. Just horrible. And I thought planned parenthood was bad. Tacky!!!

Mickeyz S: Great experience during the child birth and nice nurses, there is a lady that goes around and asking about the food she interrupted our friends and family time to tell us about the food and explain the goods about it which isnt needed at the time and ruined the experience of first time visit and to top it off car tires were stolen from their parking structures, 1 star for the security that was working that night, plus they told me its not their first time it has happened. what a joke.

Even provided us a bed to take care of a personal unrelated medical matter that required some privacy. They were extra accommodating to our needs on top of our regular appointment provisions. Anthony Guevarra: I like the Doctor here his very nice DR Vough and DR LEE if i spell it correctly but the only issue i have going in here is this staff that answers the phone they should be train to answer phone calls every time you call they put you on hold as if they are so busy but if your there they dont do anything they just chat! My prescription has been going back and forth with the pharmacy they blame my pharmacy then the pharmacy blames them not sending the code again i dont know if this people are tired of their jobs or over work but jesus christ if your not happy with your job just quit! They have communication issues here i hate to go somewhere else again i like Dr. Vough he is very nice Doctor but you could only tolerate so much!
