1 /5 London Calkins: I have been a patient here for over two years and have not had this problem until recently. I have called three times between 10:45 AM and 3:30 PM for an old doctors note to be emailed to me. The front desk lady, Erica, has told me twice that she would send it in a couple of minutes, but hours go by and no email. I called again at 3:00 PM and spoke to someone else, explaining that I needed it ASAP. She said she would let Erica know, as she is the one who has to send it to me. Its been over 30 minutes, and I still have not received the email.
