They refuse to log into portals and handle simple requests , which made me have to mail written requests from the state and other doctors offices , they are not available on weekends and have left me hanging with unresolved issues through the weekend . The np ignores my issues and does not follow through with er directives to have me seen by specialists. Dont go here if you have any urgent needs or require real medical attending Drs ..

1 /5 London Calkins: I have been a patient here for over two years and have not had this problem until recently. I have called three times between 10:45 AM and 3:30 PM for an old doctors note to be emailed to me. The front desk lady, Erica, has told me twice that she would send it in a couple of minutes, but hours go by and no email. I called again at 3:00 PM and spoke to someone else, explaining that I needed it ASAP. She said she would let Erica know, as she is the one who has to send it to me. Its been over 30 minutes, and I still have not received the email.

2 /5 Janice Marshall: Did a pre-op EKG for a friend’s eye surgery. Noticed a small problem, but told her she still go ahead. Checked in with the Surgery Center day before appt & was told her surgery was Cancelled!!!! Because Achieve had sent the test results. Turns out the surgery center wants a Cardiologist to ok

1 /5 MaltMatcha: Upon telling the doctor I had diagnosis via DNA test of a disability she told me she didnt believe me, accused me of trying to get drugs from her, accused me of trying to "use her to get the government to send me money" and assigned me an obscene amount of bloodwork to find out "whats really wrong with me". Will never be returning.

5 /5 Anabelle Garcia: This clinic has improved a lot since the new STAFF have started. I get a warm welcome from the two nice ladies at the front. Also the back office lady is amazing , genuinely listens to me and is very attentive. The Nurse Practitioner is also very nice and cares about my health. Would highly recommend this Family Clinic.
