King Tam I had a great experience at this auto shop! My Hyundai Sonatas engine light came on, so I planned to replace the thermostat and temperature sensor. I bought the parts, got a quote from Austin on Saturday, and dropped off the car on Tuesday. I picked it up the same day, and Austin told me the temperature sensor didnt need replacing, so they adjusted the labor cost and charged me less. The engine light is now off. Very honest and competent. Highly recommended!

Rohith Iyengar Ramino is a very straight guy with a lot of experience. He will tell you everything you need straight up and you can make a decision on whether you want it or not. I needed my alternator replaced and he showed me the replacement he made and prioritized quality. You can rest assured that he’ll fix your car while also being very upfront about how much he’ll charge. He’s got one hell of a firm handshake too!

chilone payton I arrived at MCD Auto Services without an appointment or prompt and they were super responsive and immediately helped this lady out. Unbeknownst to me, I had a screw in my tired! Ugh! They got me fixed up and on the rode within 20 minutes, as they recognized my distress. These people were full of empathy for my situation, timeframe and even ordered 2 affordable tires for me! Customer service was excellent! Love them! Next time you have a care or tire emergency, call or stop by this shop! I am so impressed!

Steve Erbst I was extremely impressed with MB. Great staff and the owner Fede is awesome. He never tried to add costs to my repair and took a very professional and objective approach to determine the issue with my vehicle. He is a great communicator, very friendly and engaging + knows what he is doing along with his entire staff. We all know what its like to take your car to a dealership when its out of warranty, you never know if you can really trust that they have the customer first approach and often feel like they are looking to just jack you on pricing and make a small issue and even bigger one. Fede and MB are the opposite and I could not be more pleased and I will always use Fede and strongly recommend to try his shop!

They were very upfront and direct with me about the services that I needed and kept me updated on their progress. I would say this place is a hidden gem, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service. May 2025 Update: Khalil, new business manager, and Tato are both very professional and trustworthy. Tato, the head mechanic, went out of his way to help me find the most economical repair for my BMW. Two thumbs up for professionalism and superior customer service. I highly recommend them!! Also, the lobby has been updated with a cool new look for customers to chill while they work on the car.

Omer Khan I usually dont post reviews but felt obligated to do so. The guys here are very friendly and honest. My car is having an issue that is a little bit of an enigma. After trying different things, these guys were upfront about potential repairs that may or may not fix the problem and did not force anything. I did have a suspension component fixed which was priced very cheap (for BMW standards) and the labor was also not expensive. These guys also did not charge me a diagnostic fee for the repairs. I would highly recommend anyone to take their car here.

Kayla I highly recommend TLS Auto Service. As a single woman, Im the target demographic for swindling when it comes to cars, but all the other reviews are right when they say Anthony is an honest, standup guy. I have found him to be extremely transparent, giving me notice ahead of time how much things will cost, and removing charges if he didnt have time to complete certain tasks. He also is kind enough to warn me if my battery is going to die soon and great at explaining what I need to do so that I dont get stranded with a dead and back-ordered battery. The best part is that he has these delightful service sheets for certain mile markers that include all the little things like tire rotation and engine filter changes that I would struggle to remember to do, and all at a reasonable price. It helps to take so much guesswork out of car maintenance. To top it all off, he does a great job. Every time I leave, my car runs noticeably smoother :D. 10/10 would recommend!

Cameron Kemske Had an oil change, tire rotation and engine flush done. It took about 4 hours. Dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 and was able to get it towards 1. Max was the front desk associate who was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate their services and if I wanted to upgrade the current service, they had a very easy to use software that you can approve new work on your vehicle as they go through it. A little on the expensive side I feel like. Big O Tires does my oil and tire rotation for about 80 and they did oil change, and rotation for about 120 with the engine flush being an additional service. Overall great experience

He also made me aware of another engine issue that needed my attention. He offered his services with a break down.
