Pierre Balda Needed an alignment and a brake issue resolve, and they did it for a reasonable price. Even though I had aftermarket camber/caster alignment parts, they got it dialed. One of the techs found out the backing plate was rubbing and causing the noise. Super happy with the results!

Jason Osburn I’ve been going to German Motors for over a decade for work on our Audi and Mercedes, and I couldn’t recommend them any higher!! They are the nicest and most helpful team of people at an auto shop I’ve ever worked with! Their communication and efficiency absolutely shine, and most importantly…I trust them 100% to only recommend what’s best for ME, and to clearly lay out all my options! Go see em, trust me!

Tom Benedict Excellent customer service. I originally scheduled three windshield replacements with another well know local glass shop. They could not find the glass for one of the cars and also said I would have to bring in the other two cars on the same day and leave them all day. They suggested I try Pacific Coast Auto Glass about the windshield they could not get. I called and Erik was able to find a source for the windshield within an hour or two. Then the original glass shop called and said they could not do my other two cars. Turned out that was fortunate, as Erik was able to schedule me for three consecutive days and estimated it would take 2-3 hours so I was able to wait while the work was done. Quality professional workmanship and both Erik and Chandler were especially friendly and accommodating. Plus they vacuumed my vehicles! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

Elise Stover Came in with a chipped window with a new car that was under warranty. The company wouldn’t cover it. Eric the owner was very helpful and kind. He fixed it for free. These are really good people to go to them for your window needs. They will set you right! The most honest auto shop I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much Pacific glass! I came out with the fixed window and hope for the kindness of humanity. Update 3/27/25- came back in for a new front windshield. I finally got the dealership I got my car from to cover the repair. I’m still extremely satisfied by this business. They did any amazing job! They are extremely kind, helpful and honest. I was even a little short in money and they let it fly. These folks are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Went to get a new windshield and feel like I came back with friends. Thanks so much Eric! I cannot thank you enough!! I found him very generous with his explanation of the work needed to be done. He paid attention to details and was more than willing to fix additional details in my car. He went above and beyond to give me a good deal and to do a good job.

Bella Marroquin Last year my car would not start, Joe and his team worked hard to figure out the issues and get it working. Since then I have come back to get oil changes and new brake pads. They have good fair prices. And a lovely dog that you can pet and throw a ball for while you wait.

Natalia Nelson 5/5! I went in to Arcata Muffler for an exhaust check because I thought there was something wrong with the exhaust. It turns out there was nothing wrong with my exhaust, but the service and help I got from this shop in finding that out was awesome! They were super reasonably priced for inspection (no mega inspection fees). I would definitely recommend!

Reasonably priced.Also will follow through on your behalf with the insurance companies The insurance company called for a Safelite windshield. While Petersons fought with the insurance company and got an OEM windshield.

Petra Benson We got hit by a bear (bear was ok). They worked close with my insurance (GEICO) to make sure everything was perfect. Car looked new! They even cleaned the interior carpet! And waxed the entire car. Great communication! Would highly recommend! Update: My rear window shattered (different issue). He was able to get me repaired in a short amount of time. Great place, great people. Highly recommend.

Chhayheng Seng None responsible body shop in Humboldt county, they rip me off by seducing me that they can fixed my car without recognizing on the fixing area, however, when the car is ready, it looks so terrible and they dont responsible at all. What they do is, they threat me that if i dont like it, they can fixed a gain, it will be double price and it will take over a month.

M B Im so happy with Foreign Auto Specialist. Petr is very knowledgeable and HONEST. Ive taken my car here twice and he did a very thorough inspection and found something wrong with my car I wasnt even aware of. Im glad he caught it before it turned into an even more expensive nightmare. We are planning to get it fixed (he prefers OEM parts, which I also prefer) and it wont be cheap, but I trust my vehicle is in good hands and will be done correctly. I highly suggest taking your Toyota to him for a full inspection. It is well worth it.

Rocio Macias Terrible service, broke my car right after I dropped it off for one hour. Charged me roughly 160$ for a diagnostic on one thing then ruined the car completely. Wires were messed with and cut. SHADY BEHAVIOR AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Find a better spot worth your money, do not feed this business. I do not recommend

Brandon Ive been going to Franklins for oil changes and a few smog checks since 2015 and have no complaints. PJ is always helpful and friendly. The service is pretty quick.

Joshua Millberry-Davis Generator only lasted 900 hours and they refused to cover it under warranty. These machines are built to fail after about 1000 hours and service techs will find a reason to void warranty. Customer service was rude and condescending. Buy a Honda much better more fuel efficient and easier to repair.

Ed Turanchik We could not have had better service. We are full time RVers. We had an emissions issue that had to be immediately addressed. Joe got us in the shop very quickly, David stayed on top of getting the necessary parts, and Connor did a spectacular job fixing our Cummins diesel on our motorhome. He carefully explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out the repair was covered under a Cummins campaign. Because of the nature of the repair, we had to stay in the yard for several nights while parts got here. Everyone was super and incredibly accommodating. This is a first rate shop run by honest, straight-forward and helpful professionals.

Casey Curtis David is the one that helped me he actually saved me from a tragic situation haha from the time we got here when you guys opened he was non-stop u dont see to many people that r that busy and have amazing customer service wile doing everything he was doing this world needs more hard working citizens like him he defintly makes this place worth stopping by!! So again thank u David, for ur awesome customer service and ur hospitality u really did save me from what could have been a horrific accident due to my tires high recommendation for this place thanks guys!!

Katie Bognuda Truly good people here. I apparently got 2 screws in my tire and was so freaked out and didnt know what to do. After my amazing husband came to help me put the donut on I went straight here to get it patched up and put back on. The wait wasnt to bad at all the kids and and I just went for pizza while we waited at Westside. The guy that helped me was so kind and knowledgeable about all things vehicle related. He really saved the day for me and I couldnt be more grateful. Thanks man your freaking awesome.

Dee Dreslough I love their work authorization system. I prefer no surprises and they put everything down in (digital) writing with accurate prices and require each task be authorized. They did fantastic work, were friendly and the garage is spotless and well organized. I cant ask for more.

David Mazone I had a drive shaft bearing assembly fall apart. I felt, first, that they were very responsive and quick to fix. Second, they seemed to be very thorough with both the immediate repair and an inspection of the overall vehicle systems, making some necessary adjustments and advising me of things I need to watch or fix at my earliest convenience. I cant comment on their pricing (because I dont know), but I was pleased with the outcome. Being that I frequent that area a couple times a year, I have added them as a contact for any of my future needs.

Danny Kelley Falcons Small Engine Repair provided me with fast, excellent service. They went above and beyond to take care of my broken generator, ensuring it was fixed promptly and efficiently. Their honesty and responsiveness in communication stood out, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I will definitely return to them for any future engine needs. Highly recommend!

Amanda Burton Falcon does Thorough work in a timely manner. He works on all manner of engines, including the predator engines from harbor freight no one else will touch. Im convinced he could raise the Dead. His prices are reasonable and his demeanor is professional. 12/10 highly recommend.
