Karl Eric G Great service at great price. Ive been coming here to get our smog checks done for the last 3 or 4 years now. Ive recently also gotten my brake fluid flush and AC recharge done for my Jeep. Very efficient and communicative. I dont need to wonder if theyre going to call me and tell me the work is done, like at the stealership. We will continue to bring our vehicles here, not just for smog checks, but for regular service as well.

Austin Zhuang I was looking to do a very quick oil change in my area, and HTP auto care was the first place that caught my eye. Though on the other side of Fremont, near the industrial area, I was in and out of the auto Care within 20 minutes. The oil change was not a lot, and they were very transparent with how much they charged me on the spot. Normally, auto shops like Jiffy Lube or Midas will charge you $90 to $105 for a premium synthetic oil change, but this one was just as wonderful, and they only charged me $69 for the whole thing (labor included, and they even checked my tire pressure and pumped more if needed). I would definitely give this place a try if you live in or around Fremont — you will not be disappointed!

Srinivas Jonnalagada Mr.Mahi, did a very excellent job on my car (2007 model), just unbelievable. I had that problem for few years & none helped me. He was very honest and fast in identifying the issue and fixed it. Very reasonable charges too. Did the required work, and did not find too many faults in the car & asking me too changes those. Worth getting your car repairs done with Mahi.

Emma Chang Got an oil change for $35 and I brought my own oil and filter. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. No one tried to upsell me on anything and everyone was super friendly.

Matt Morjig I do most of my own work on all my vehicles and finding a trustworthy shop is hard these days. Wayne is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I know. He is an honest down to earth guy and hell tell you like it is. I’ve had him handle jobs that were too big for me to do at home as well as diagnose issues that stumped me for weeks. Wayne and his crew are great people. This is one of the only shops around that I know I can trust.

Matthew Nathan I drive for a living so my car is my business and it is important that I trust the people working on it. Mark and his brothers are the best in the Bay Area. Very down to earth people. Someone I could trust was very very important to me and I found it with Mark and his brothers. I had a noise coming from my transmission and had it looked at by several transmission services professionals here in the Fremont area. One guy told me my transmission was a CVT, I asked him how he know that and he said we just know. So he sent me off and told me just drive it till it gives out and comeback when you need a new one. That very same day I went to Marks and asked them "Do I have a CVT transmission?" They knew from years of experience that Toyota puts a sticker on the inside of the drivers door that says what transmission the car has and guess what... "It wasnt a CVT!" on top of that they drove my car with me in it, hooked up a diagnostic tool and explained to me what they were looking for and why they were looking for it. I dont understand cars but I do greatly appreciate them explaining to me what they were looking for. Ill keep the story short. Ultimately, they didnt sell me a new transmission, they had an additive that makes the transmission fluid more sticky and in my particular case thats what they recommend. That same day, I had that done and bam. My transmission felt like brand new again. Mark and his brothers have earned my business for life. Anything I need related to my engine or transmission they will be the first ones I call. No second and third opinions needed. I trust that what they tell me will be their best recommendation for whatever it is that I need. Mark and brothers, I bless your business with love, light and abundance. May you prosper in all ways. Gloria Yan We called ahead saying wed stop by on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I was amazed by how quick and efficient the service was! Also, at one point he had multiple customers in the room, and he was quick and efficient to address any questions/concerns thoroughly. I overheard one customer who had come in for a second opinion for a possible used car purchase and he provided extensive details on the car and offered his honest opinion to not go forward with their asking price point. I thought that was great customer service. Fremont Auto Tech is definitely the place to go if youre looking for honest service and reliable professionalism. Highly recommend.

Marin Huff Brought in my car for a check engine light and ended up being diagnosed with some major problems. Now, he could easily have taken my money and done this major repair, but he actually cautioned us against this and suggested we pursue help from the manufacturer since my car wasn’t very old, and had fairly low mileage. Thanks to him, after a lengthy back and forth with the manufacturer, we are saving THOUSANDS on this repair. So grateful that he was so honest and gave us advice that was truly in our best interest. We will be referring friends and family here for their needs! One family member has already had a repair done and was happy with the service and pricing. Good, honest shop! LaQuenza Willard No complaints exceptional mechanic, took care of me right away. I took in my Lexus LX 470 after being told my back brakes and rotors were bad. Alex was honest and told me they didn’t need replaced and got to the root of the issue. I found a new mechanic!!! Great Experience!!!!

Elise Huellstrung I would totally recommend this service to anyone! I was having issues with my car starting, and the mechanic was always able to come take a look at it the next day. It only took 15 minutes to fix the battery, and they were kind and helpful throughout the process. Excellent service all around!

Basant Singh Jay is the absolute best. I have a decent amount of experience troubleshooting auto issues but resort to an experienced tech for higher level issues . Jay is very honest and compassionate with pricing along with getting fixes done right the first time he’s repaired my 2009 Camry a no start and dying overnight and my 2013 Acura tl ac leak both have been verified fixes and he’s explained what he’s done to find and fix the issue along with showing the the fix upon repair . Not a lot of good auto techs out there and they’re truly the best . He’ll have my business for the times to come .

Melanie Myers We had brakes replaced at Autotek and were very impressed. They really took the time to check what actually needed to be fixed/replaced and what could wait. He searched online for best prices for each part. Peter even looked into an oil issue our car was having and researched the warranty for us. He provided some great advice on how to handle the issue, even when it meant us going to the dealership for service instead of his shop. Prices were transparent, they gave a clear estimate of what everything would cost. Friendly and honest. Highly recommend!

Reese Whitehead Best shop I have ever dealt with! I recently brought in my CNG-powered vehicle that was experiencing low power issues, and they were able to get it diagnosed and repaired much quicker than I could have ever expected. Peter is very knowledgeable on all things CNG, and in addition to the repair work, he completed the triennial PG&E tank and fuel system inspection while it was in. I definitely will not hesitate to return for all my future CNG needs!

Ron Agloro I finally found a reputable shop that actually fix the main issue concerning my vehicle. Ive taken it to other shop more than once and never really resolved the issue I brought it in for but Dorsos Automotive didnt give me the run around. Rick actually stuck with it until he found the caused and fixed it. Outstanding job!

John Prior Hello Nate of the Fremont Shop. I dont know what you did with my car but my brakes are working so well now. In fact, my car feels stronger, faster, and safer. I think, just being in the presence in your auto building has special powers of its own. Did you put more air in my tires, did you pass your powers over my car? You think I may be putting you on, but the whole experience of driving my car went up many levels because my car felt safer to drive, and that is an important issue with me and for my family. Oh just one more thing. I got my receipt by email that was 8 pages long. Driven Auto Care does a free 30 minutes inspection of the critical parts of your car along with photos and notes. Their shop is spotless and they offer free snacks and drinks. I was also please with the Free ride back home by a Lift driver. Oliver Calles I do not recommend this shop. The customer service is the worst. They take a long time to repair your car. It took them 3 months to get my car ready and there are still things wrong with my car.
