Ive taken it to other shop more than once and never really resolved the issue I brought it in for but Dorsos Automotive didnt give me the run around. Rick actually stuck with it until he found the caused and fixed it. Outstanding job!

5 /5 Ivo Dutra: I highly recommend Dorsos. My Acadia had a rattle that only manifested while turning left on a rough surface. Rick went on a drive with me and he could hear the same issue. He explained the process they would go through to isolate and pinpoint the problem. After spending several hours running through several settups they found a loose subframe bolt! I was so relieved as these types of issues are very difficult to figure out. They kept me updated through the entire process. Thank you Rick and Dorsos excellent staff.
