It only took 15 minutes to fix the battery, and they were kind and helpful throughout the process. Excellent service all around!

5 /5 Basant Singh: Jay is the absolute best. I have a decent amount of experience troubleshooting auto issues but resort to an experienced tech for higher level issues . Jay is very honest and compassionate with pricing along with getting fixes done right the first time he’s repaired my 2009 Camry a no start and dying overnight and my 2013 Acura tl ac leak both have been verified fixes and he’s explained what he’s done to find and fix the issue along with showing the the fix upon repair . Not a lot of good auto techs out there and they’re truly the best . He’ll have my business for the times to come .

5 /5 Ángel Palomares: I don’t usually write reviews but after discovering Jay and Mobile Mechanic on Demand, I wanted to share my experience. My car didn’t want to start and it was completely dead. I had no clue what was the problem. I had contacted three other mechanics before Jay and they didn’t even know what they were looking at and couldn’t tell me what the problem was. When I contacted Jay, he came over the next day to inspect my car. Right away he told me what was wrong and what needed to get replaced. The next morning he came over again and replace the fuse right away, not less than 15 minutes he was done. I want to thank him for solving the problem I had with my car and fixing it. What took a week and a half with that other mechanics, Jay did it in a span of minutes, and I salute that to him. If there’s a mechanic I recommend in this area is Jay and Mobile Mechanic in Demand. The reasonable price, the professionalism and communication made everything easy for me. Now my car is running as ever before. Thank you again Jay!

5 /5 Abdi Soltani: I had a very positive experience with Jay. I was helping a friend buy a used RV. Jay came up to Berkeley and gave the vehicle a thorough inspection. He really took the time to review all the systems of the vehicle and give us detailed information about its condition and what repairs it would need. He was very generous with his time and advice overall. I cant speak to their work as mechanics since we didnt get to that stage, but overall a very positive experience - thorough, patient and very helpful.
