5 /5 Dee Dreslough: I love their work authorization system. I prefer no surprises and they put everything down in (digital) writing with accurate prices and require each task be authorized. They did fantastic work, were friendly and the garage is spotless and well organized. I cant ask for more.

5 /5 David Mazone: I had a drive shaft bearing assembly fall apart. I felt, first, that they were very responsive and quick to fix. Second, they seemed to be very thorough with both the immediate repair and an inspection of the overall vehicle systems, making some necessary adjustments and advising me of things I need to watch or fix at my earliest convenience. I cant comment on their pricing (because I dont know), but I was pleased with the outcome. Being that I frequent that area a couple times a year, I have added them as a contact for any of my future needs.

5 /5 Matt Koontz: Great service! I Love the text reminders for regular services. It makes me feel taken care of when my mind is not on my vehicle maintenance. I got an oil change done and it was very fast, they also inspected for other problems and found some things that may need work in the future. They were not pushy about getting more work done, more like a friendly heads-up. Ive gotten work done on my Honda CRV 3 times now at North Bay Automotive and each time my car leaves driving great.

5 /5 Scotty Lindsey: As a newly transplant to the area I did not know anything about the area or any of the shops around. North Bay was recommended from a property manager we are using. North Bay had my vehicle back the very next day and could not be happier with the service. Austin was amazing keeping me updated on the status and the cost. I will continue to use this shop as long as we are still in the area.

5 /5 Sue Greene: I so appreciate The North Bay Automotive team - they are wonderful. They are honest, reasonably priced, and do quality work in a very timely manner. If I have any questions, they are very good at answering - in a way I’ll understand. Plus- there’s always a biscuit for my dog when we drop the car off or pick it up!
