The team is professional, highly efficient, and effective. When I described a problem with my car via text message or in-person, Akin replies quickly with straightforward, honest feedback. His team were able to replace my cars shocks, axle, and front lower control arms in the same week. His transparency and concise responses makes me feel confident about the maintenance services and repairs. He is communicative about updates via text message. And he is a genuine, empathetic person who has a strong moral compass. When he gives you his professional insights about your car, please listen to him and take his advice.
The team does not upsell or try to add unnecessary services to the invoice/quote. As someone who currently has limited knowledge about cars, I felt comfortable requesting for inspections and repairs at Akins Auto Repair. The cost of the services are reasonable, and there is enough on-site parking spots with a clean, large waiting room for clients. I’ll continue to take my car to Akins for regular maintenance and factory services from now on.
