1 /5 Lesly Vanessa: Today I went in for a water pump replacement at this establishment. Although the actual replacement was done well and in a timely manner, this auto shop actually damaged my car! When I came to pick up my vehicle, I did a brief walk-around and immediately noticed new damages to the car that were absolutely not there before taking my car to this location. Among some new scratches to the front bumper, there was also a piece of my car protruding out from where it wasnt before.
Without even leaving the parking lot, I went inside to speak with the owner about what happened. He was very dismissive and nonchalant about the situation, and told me that the damage was already there prior to working on the car. I felt that he was simply trying to brush me off as a young woman and assumed I wouldnt know the condition of my own vehicle prior to trusting his shop with their services. With how careless and casual his responses were, it makes sense that this place also doesnt know how to properly keep a customers vehicle safe from neglectful damages. Absolutely terrible service from an unprofessional establishment.
Im always willing to forgive mistakes (especially for minor cosmetic damages), but the owners mistreatment of this entire situation motivated me to write this review and share my experience. Bring your car here if youre willing to receive a vehicle with some extra damages on it once returned!
