They did a good job first a few times I brought my car in My husband always took care of this stuff, but now it was up to me When I went on vacation, my son had a problem with his car and took it into the shop. My son is only 22 years old. Mr Le Told him the repairs were gonna be $2200. I was not there since I was the one that usually talk with Mr. Le I felt like he took advantage of my son because when I asked for the details, he showed me a little bag of parts. And I could not believe that this was $2200 This was the last time I would ever take my car here again.

    Kai Ng: I LOVE Hank. He was recommended to me Fifteen Years ago. Snd I have been going to him ever since for all my cars! Hes honest and competent! So honest! And inexpensive quality work. My first encounter was the Honda dealership gave me a $3000 list of what needed to be done. I took it to Hank it was a third of the price. I never take that Honda to the dealer anymore. Another Example. My Toyota dealer claimed I needed new brakes. I was suspicious bc every time I came in for an oil change I walk out with 500$ bill. It made no sense. It was a Prius so I was servicing at that time only at dealership. I took it to Hank. Hank said brakes were still good. I kept asking him for two years. Finally after two years and 20000 miles later it was truly time. They are now certified to do Priuses and hybrids. I only take all my cars here. I have new hybrid. My new Lexus 15k service for $500 was only 150 here. My adult daughter only takes her car here for service too. She only trusts him. I recommend everyone I know!

    Pranav Ramarao: Amazing experience! I am just another software guy in the bay area, looking for ways to fix an issue I had with my BMW 340i. I was exploring auto services in and around SVL/MTV and came across Lozano. Usually when I see such positive reviews (all close to 5 stars), I am a little skeptical and always think the reviews are faked of sort. Either way, I decided to give this place a shot. My BMWs under car shield had torn apart and BMW quoted high fees to replace them. When I went there, Vince first came out to inspect the car. Vince took the car inside, put it on the machine that lifted my car up. With this, we were able to clearly see what the damage was. Vince and Troy together spent time removing the torn parts out so that my car was at least in a drivable condition. They spent 15 minutes, passionately explaining various parts of the undercover shield. After that, they told me precisely which parts I needed to replace, which was fewer than what BMW had asked for. After this was done, Vince just lowered my car and said I was set to go, NOT EVENING ASKING FOR ANY $. I was stunned and very pleasantly surprised. They never charge you without knowing any upfront costs. In this case, I felt they definitely deserved to be paid so I decided I would come back to them with the new parts and pay them then. As promised, I came back with the new parts I purchased from BMW and once again, Vince and his team fixed it for me at a very low cost. If you are looking for no BS, perfect pricing and passionate set of folks, this is the place to go! In picture, you can see Troy helping me out :) Kudos to Troy and Vince! Thank you Lozano :)

They are always attentive, thorough, and fairly priced. I especially recommend them for older cars or lesser-known brands that could use an independent mechanic!

    Lynette Bradley: The review written by Micah Jo is 100% correct. This just happened to me in a conversation with the owner on Thursday, July 3, 2025. He quoted me $1,500 dollars for a new BMW radiator w/sensor when they were sold out and back-ordered (plus a few additional necessary parts). Now that the radiator w/sensor are in and no longer on back order he quoted me $2,100+. He claimed he couldnt find the original quote of $1,500 in his system and asked me to send it to him. Then he tried to claim that the $1,500 quote was for after-market parts. Nope - not true. Yes, we discussed the possibility of an after market radiator, but I didnt want to go that route, to risky. He literally tried to gas light me in this conversation. He stuttered throughout the conversation knowing he was lying. I called him out on all of it. So disappointing. He had my business until that moment. The thing with this guy - like the other reviewer called out is that he totally acts like a honest fair guy, like he truly cares - he talks a good game in the diagnose stage of the conversation. When it comes down to actually doing the work - hes gonna come at you with something different. Hes a scam, its all BS! - do not believe this dude. Im sure hes gonna post some rebuttal to my post to try to cover his ass. Folks, dont fall for it. I will happily drop $2k to anyone else on the planet to fix to my car, but not him. Its not the $$ its the principal. This guy lacks integrity - I dont know how he sleeps at night. Run!

If Ray is an example of the service, honesty and care for his customers and their safety then they deserve the highest rating. Ray was very articulate about my choices and repair options, and left it up to me to decide. His attention to detail and communicating clearly was extremely helpful.
