Flappy Flapjacks I only had one experience, they seem highly skilled and proficient. And although I had got very upset with them for starting unauthorized work, I still give them 5 out of 5 stars. I will take my car back for maintenance or repairs to them, almost exclusively. - My belt was making noises so I took it to replace it. The owner came out and instantly and correctly recognized the real problems. An oil leak ....that I knew about but didnt realize it was causing the belt to start to fail. A common problem with BMWs. But the oil could be damaging other components also. He told me exactly where the leak was and what its doing and what it could be doing and what needed to be done to fix it. The miscommunication happened because they were supposed to just look at what is happening, the damage and what needs to be done and then get back to me with a quote or something. But instead I have to walk in there a week later and ask whats going on with my car and they say "its being fixed". This really upset me because I dont know what was being fixed, or at what cost. The owners not great at returning calls. Its not that I thought they were ripping me off but if the valve cover or other main seals need changed, then that would cost a lot of money and I would have to consider my options. I completely believe the shop is honest. - The work that they needed to do on my car was definitely needed and the price they charged me was reasonable. Dealing and talking to some of their mechanics and watching, they seem highly proficient and skilled. My general impression of the owner and the shop is that he is an well-liked guy in the neighborhood and county and seems very trustworthy. Trust seems to be a mechanics major problem. I trust this shop.

Robbie Mason The first time they work on the car is good so I took the car back for another repair to the front end the estimate was round 5100.00 but ended up at 9100.00 for 9100.00 I expected a very clean job. They had some body work on the hood and had to paint the whole hood. I took the car back because they didn’t take the little chips out of the hood and sprayed over them which made the hood look like ass. Plus they used aftermarket parts on my car with out my permission. So now my insurance is involved because they won’t repaint the hood. Plus my alarm works backwards and my passenger window won’t work. So I would never recommend or take any of my vehicle there again. What’s the big deal it’s a insurance Job do it right or not at all.

The car came back to me looking better than it has in years and they went well out of their way to make sure I had it back in time for the Thanksgiving long weekend after bad weather slowed down the paint dry time. I cant recommend Classic Auto Body highly enough!

Front Desk This guy rescheduled my appt because his machine was down & then he didnt even show up. I called all morning & he finally showed up at 10:17. I said we had a 9:00 appt , he said well Im here now. No remorse. Did not care at all. I said sir we already rescheduled this and my boyfriend took off of work. He said well my machine is down anyways. I asked why he wouldnt tell me that and reschedule. He hung up on me. Very unprofessional extremely rude

Larry Wolff Horrible. I would never trust them again. I went in for a smog test, left with check engine light on. Ran good on the way there, on the way home it barely ran and blew out a couple fuel injectors. My mechanic after some time found a cut vacuum line. Very suspicious and guess what? other customers had similar experiences. Be careful.

Michelle A. After someone backed into me (and didnt even leave a note!) I needed a bummer straightening, which required brackets to be heated and bent to correct angle and weld. They did it very next day, quick, and fair price. Would recommend!

Morgan Morgan ***20MAR2025 UPDATE*** TO THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS, STEVE SHORT YOU ARE A LIAR. Feel free to post a picture of the "signed work order". I asked for you to replace my front tires. You replaced my rear tires. End of story. ***original review*** I am very disappointed in the service I received at Lakeport Tire & Auto Service, and the manner in which they addressed my concern. I asked this business to replace my two front tires. They instead replaced my rear tires. The service was scheduled for 10am and when I dropped off my vehicle, the tires that were supposed to be ordered were not delivered. They had to reach out to another shop to get the tires, pushing my schedule back an hour. Once the service was complete I took my vehicle and made another stop, where I realized that the tires I had requested to be changed HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. They had switched out my rear tires instead of the extremeley bald and unsafe front tires, which had been specified. I returned to the business and was told that all the technicians had gone to lunch and that I would have to wait another hour before my issue could be addressed. After 5 hours, Lakeport Tire & Auto Srevice corrected their error, but made no attempt to offer anything to make up for the time I have lost giving them my business. They tried to tell me the lug nuts had something to do with it. I will NOT be returning to this business and DO NOT recommend anyone to have their auto serviced here, based on both the work I had done AND the poor customer service I experienced.

Cathiemarie Fling This is a small but busy shop because Carlos, the owner, knows what hes doing and does it well. I was referred to him by both Napa Auto. AND. OReillys auto parts shops as the guy to go to when l had trouble starting my car . Carlos fixed the problem the same day l brought it in and l dont feel like l was overcharged or taken advantage of because Im an old lady. Ill take my van back to him if l ever need repair work done on my van again.

Mike Smith after dealing with parent company Wicked Sounds for several years without incident I was more than willing to give Wicked Automotive a shot when my diesels air conditioning pump took a crap on me. I dropped truck off and they got right on it diagnosing the issue making sure what I had explained to them was indeed the issue. they confirmed the issue and dug deeper to find what led up to that issue. they fixed the air conditioning and got back to me extremely quick. air blew colder than ever before. they didnt try to up sale me or make me feel like I was dumb. they did the job, got me back my truck affordably and checked in on me a week later to assure I was no longer having issues. the owner and his team will do their best to make sure in the event of an issue down the road you will be wanting to call them first. A+ customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMEND.

Nina Jimenez This shop did everything wrong if I could I would give negative 5 star, took our 2009 mini Cooper in for a simple transmission fluid and filter change, he quoted us around $ 200.00 then I dropped car off came home he called me and doubled the price to $ 415.00 he charged us for 5 quarts of fluid he only changed about 2 leaving the rest of the burnt fluid in the transmission, he stripped the drain plug, used the wrong bolts to bolt it back, he cut a chunk of the transmission pan off so it leaked hella bad. With everything done by this shop theres no way I can believe it wasnt done intentionally if you use this shop beware what happened to me can happen to you

Ryon Goodman Outstanding service, the day after a major holiday when no one was open, late in the afternoon our windshield was cracked beyond repair and our rear view mirror was dangling. Darren, the owner drove down on his time off and reattached the mirror ordered a new windshield and installed it within a couple days. Talk about small town customer service, we’re back on the road and it’s like it never happened. I highly recommend this business, glad to know honest people still exist, care about quality work, and local community word of mouth.

theguystaringatyou I brought a recently purchased used vehicle into this shop to have the rear door and adjusted due to water leakage. The owner Alexander and staff attempted repair for two hours and got the door flush but determined that complete repair would take multiple weeks and a lot of money. They offered me the option of the full repair, or that I can use $15 sealant at home to fix it. They didnt charge me for the diagnosis or the two hours of work. Im very appreciative of this shop and their staff, and recommended their service.
