1 /5 Front Desk: This guy rescheduled my appt because his machine was down & then he didnt even show up. I called all morning & he finally showed up at 10:17. I said we had a 9:00 appt , he said well Im here now. No remorse. Did not care at all. I said sir we already rescheduled this and my boyfriend took off of work. He said well my machine is down anyways. I asked why he wouldnt tell me that and reschedule. He hung up on me. Very unprofessional extremely rude

1 /5 Larry Wolff: Horrible. I would never trust them again. I went in for a smog test, left with check engine light on. Ran good on the way there, on the way home it barely ran and blew out a couple fuel injectors. My mechanic after some time found a cut vacuum line. Very suspicious and guess what? other customers had similar experiences. Be careful.

5 /5 rick rodriguez: Ive never had an issue here. I precheck my vehicles before taking them in for smog and if an issue comes up, Jose calls and lets me know the issue. I recommend getting your vehicle pre-inspected for smog that way theres no surprises if your check engine light turns on or if there are codes stored within your vehicle computer.

1 /5 Jesse Newsom: Its way overpriced, as well as terrible service. I went in for a smog check, the guys equipment was old, and when he plugged it into my code reader, there was “power issue” to his system. He tried 2 times and gave up. He told me to go somewhere else, and not a moment after i pulled out of the parking lot, my check engine light came on. Seemed very fishy, and was unwilling to help with that problem (that he seemed to have caused) the check engine light never came on before, and after i went somewhere else for a smog check, he had bo issues and my vehicle passed with flying colors. Don’t go here unless you want to pay extra for terrible service.
