I’m 42, have owned dozens of vehicles and have been to plenty of shops; and Brian will bend over backwards to make sure that you get the service you need, at the highest possible quality with a level of communication you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else; especially in Lake county. I can’t overstate how great of hands your vehicle is on when you take it to Riviera auto. Also Haley is an absolute peach and sharp as a tac and was so great at answering any of my questions and being super helpful. This place definitely has an above and beyond vibe that I have every confidence you will see for yourself. 11/10 Highly recommend!

    Front Desk: This guy rescheduled my appt because his machine was down & then he didnt even show up. I called all morning & he finally showed up at 10:17. I said we had a 9:00 appt , he said well Im here now. No remorse. Did not care at all. I said sir we already rescheduled this and my boyfriend took off of work. He said well my machine is down anyways. I asked why he wouldnt tell me that and reschedule. He hung up on me. Very unprofessional extremely rude

    Robbie Mason: The first time they work on the car is good so I took the car back for another repair to the front end the estimate was round 5100.00 but ended up at 9100.00 for 9100.00 I expected a very clean job. They had some body work on the hood and had to paint the whole hood. I took the car back because they didn’t take the little chips out of the hood and sprayed over them which made the hood look like ass. Plus they used aftermarket parts on my car with out my permission. So now my insurance is involved because they won’t repaint the hood. Plus my alarm works backwards and my passenger window won’t work. So I would never recommend or take any of my vehicle there again. What’s the big deal it’s a insurance Job do it right or not at all.

    jc riley: Excellent service very nice staff and affordable. I would recommend them without question. I have been using them with my commercial vehicle for a couple years now and I cant recommend them enough. I have delt wirh other mechanics that always take at least a day or two for simple repairs, like tires and oil. These guys are always on time and most of the time they call me within an hour to let me know they are done. Thats important to me because I cant have the truck down for an extended amount of time. They are very efficient and cant recommend them enough . Great gob Davis tire !
