Ethan Stauts These guys are great. We had an alignment issue that was really hard to identify but they worked on it all day and called me to give updates on progress throughout the day. They were able to get us in the same day we called and the car was ready for pickup at the end of the day. Their after hours drop off and pickup made it easy, they were honest and direct and reasonably priced. Will defiantly be back here when we need service.

Sophia Holder Months ago, needed a fix for a P0101 code on my vehicle. Explained to the man at the front desk that I had already replaced the MAF sensor with a factory part for the same code only a month prior and insisted that it must be a problem with another part adjacent to the sensor—nope, he immediately shot that idea down and refused to inspect the parts directly connected to the MAF sensor. I wanted to go get a second opinion, but he said he would then have to charge me $75 for a diagnostic fee… as in, plugging in a code reader and seeing that the code was P0101, which I already knew. So, I was suckered into paying $400 for a new MAF sensor that was *not* a factory part. Shocker: the same code appears again not even 50 miles later. I was going to go back and hassle the place but I decided it was a money pit. He’d probably charge me to breathe the air there, haha. Eventually took it to a dealership where they found it was a huge, obvious tear in the air intake boot. Paid the same amount to get it fixed there, and now the code has actually been fixed. Vehicle is in perfect shape now. Don’t go to Douglas Automotive if you actually want your vehicle properly diagnosed and fixed.

Les Worthington Dave runs a good, honest shop. Had an appointment for a smog this morning. No waiting. Joe the smog tech did a fine job. He did not leave any oily handprints, or mess with any of my settings in the car. Ive got nothing bad to say about Dave and his crew. Totally recommend them!

Wylie Fleeman As always, Dave and his crew took excellent care of my truck. Quite a bit of work needed to be done to return it to proper working condition. They pointed out a pending brake failure I did not notice, and were able to perform a 4 wheel brake job right away. As a disabled Veteran, I can not afford to be broke down or stranded. Thank you Dave for keeping me safely on the road. I have since run the guts out of our older. (2001) Chevy truck and it runs perfectly! Not so much as a leak! Great!

Megan Nauer my experience with tomcat collision was amazing. my vehicle looks brand new. they went above and beyond and did way more than asked. they even fixed a problem on my car that was unrelated to the accident i originally brought my car in for. my whole family and i are extremely grateful. then, after I got my car back, I had another unrelated issue happen to my vehicle. Bill arranged a tow for me and fixed the problem. he didnt charge for any of the work he did on the unrelated problem, or the tow. Im beyond thankful and will NEVER recommend any other shop for vehicle repair.

Julie Miller Great service and team! The owner was very responsive in our conversation on Yelp. The manager and team did a fantastic job on my car. They were all professional, nice and welcoming. I waited in the very clean and tidy reception area with a fan, two comfortable leather recliners, a flatscreen TV with a remote control for my personal use! I opted to keep the TV off and work on my laptop, but it was nice to know entertainment was an option. I was also appreciative the TV was off when I arrived (not the case in most establishments with TVs). I was able to decide whether or not the room remained quiet. Im so grateful to have found them and highly recommend their services!
