Heather K. Chico has needed another primary care clinic for awhile, and we appreciate having Enloe Primary Care here. The staff is great! Special shout out to Dr. Aronchick for being an amazing doctor and making for a safe/comfortable space for your patients!!! Youre amazing and I cant express how much I appreciate your help getting my health on track!!!! Thank you!!!

Lorna D Brodie I have been a patient for many years. I had a procedure scheduled and their packet of information said they have a policy that you have to give 14 days notice to cancel. There is no way I can agree to that, and Im sure many other people would feel the same. Life happens. I called to cancel the procedure and was asked why. I explained "Because of the 14-day policy." This snarky person I talked to said, "Okay, call us back when youre ready to reschedule." I told her about six different ways that I cant abide by their 14-day policy...every time she repeated, "Just call us when youre ready to reschedule." I cant believe any business would allow someone like this to have contact with patients.

Stevie Dixon Best experience at this office! Staff are always so kind and helpful. Branden Cutler NP has been amazing! Test and procedures where ordered quickly. They are on top of contacting you as soon as results are in. He never rushes you and takes his time explaining things. I also appreciate how he offers a variety of solutions to treating symptoms including alternative medications/remedies rather than pushing prescription medications like most doctors do. It has been very hard to find a doctor who actually listens to you and validates your symptoms making you feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this office and Branden Cutler who has helped instill hope back into me that there are still good providers out there in this challenging and frustrating healthcare system we live in today.

Christy I appreciate all the friendly and welcoming receptionists in the front, especially one receptionist (I forgot her name but shes amazing and I appreciate her help very much). The nurses and doctors are so nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend Ampla Express and also to call and double check if your insurance is compatible.

Saroun Lan Ramirez A nice, friendly, and family oriented place to go get your health check up or needs for the entire family. There are so many wonderful people here. Amalia is great. She always make sure patients and her employees are taken care off. She make it a great place to go to work every day. Thank you everyone for your hard work.

Dana Sutton I spent five days there for a blood clot in the lungs. The people there are professional and caring. Chipmunks Eli Alvarez I stayed there from the 12 thru the 14th of March 2025 in the 1st floor. I was sharing room with another pacient. I usually never stay at hospitals because I am a healthy pearson, rare for my age though. the nurses I got on that floor were AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and felt a lot of sympathy! my neighbor, even though, she was really sick, keep calling for her nurse and they would answer the call very soon. I never heard them saying a negative commect or anything. Food is actually very good and very flavorful; I was served 3 meals a day with very generous portions. The Dietician would call and take my order, she asked if the Menu she was reading was OK or if I wanted something else. food most times would arrive at the same time. I was not hungry but I pushed myself to eat. The only thing I noticed that have a slight concern would be cleaning! my neighbor had pee and poop accidents and I didnt see housekeeping come in or sanitize bathroom or my neighbors floor. (we shared bathroom) and am a very Germophobic person) I asked if a certain CNA would sanitize the toilet because I was using it very often due to fluids I was being given and extra water I was drinking. She did sanitized it. This floor is very busy and at my days of stay a new graduate was being trained and she was very nice and professional toward my person. in fact, I want to thank them so much for treating me with dignity and respect even though, I was there to be tested and treated for a communicable condition I ever heard my neighbor talk to her Nurse about wanting underwear because she did not wanted to wear the briefs that are given there , the Nurse went beyond her nursing duties and went to Walmart to get her some pijamas and woman briefs. I found that action just amazing! I was transfered to 5th floor on Fri. night. to an isolated room and spend the night there: The room was very big with a big bathroom and had a window with a view to the street which made it nice. I was quickly discharged on that Saturday morning: Discharge notes were pretty easy to read due to being computed printed. My nurse walked me out to the pharmacy to pick up my Medications. Paid Cash and left Hospital real quick.

AlycinLorayne Corte If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The way that my husband has been treated in this office by both the staff and the doctor herself is incredibly offensive. On more than one occasion they have spoken to him incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. You go in to be seen for an ailment and they make jokes at your expense “looks like we’re doing better than you haha” uhm excuse me? How about some compassion for the people you are treating? There is a serious lack of compassion for the patients that are seen in this office and the unprofessionalism is unmatched. It’s hard for me to believe that a medical doctor will talk to her patients the way that she talks to my husband. The staff is no better, scolding you for their mistake and mishaps at work, and a refusal to apologize. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Isabella Not a friendly place for people with depression. Front desk lady was very nice. The doctor was very upfront, lot of attitude and when I told her I have depression, was asked" are you depressed right now". The doctor looked shocked that I had it and her asking that made me feel insulted and im not going back. She also said people can be wrongly diagnosed sometimes, depression is like a fashion trend now people are saying they have it. And now dogs can be diagnosed with depression and axienties" she did say she was glad I got treatment. But the questions were address in a insensitive way. And I think they should rephrase questions different that dont feel like insults.

Celeste Walker I had two incompetent experiences! The first was when my appointment was cancelled in November without notification and then the second was when they would not accept my insurance. I have Blue Shield as my primary and Kaiser as my secondary insurance. They stated that since Kaiser is through my employer that it has to be my primary. This is something I have not heard from any other health care provider in Chico. They would not accept my Blue Shield insurance. I am taking this as a sign that I would have received less than stellar care.

Lisa Creamer Dr. Garrison that I used to see is on permanent leave but he was one of the best doctors Ive had that actually cared. He helped us have our daughter. He saved me from a different doctors mess up with my c-section that could of taken my life. I really owe him a lot. I wish he wasnt on leave but hes put in a lot of years so he deserves the break. Thank you Dr. Garrison.

Sara Nall A few weeks ago, we had to put our cat down. From the first call I made to Valley Oak, I felt welcomed and understood. When we got there with our cat, he threw up all over the waiting area and the techs cleaned up everything. The service to get him diagnosed was quick, yet thorough. We made the difficult decision and the vet and tech were very sympathetic and understanding. Although letting go of our fur baby was incredibly difficult, the vet made the process as easy as she could for us. Today we received a sympathy card in the mail, which had a personalized note written. It was unexpected, but so very appreciated. Thank you for helping us through a very difficult time.

B Miichi This place is very confusing. It has an emergency office visit price of $170, that is a visit only, not the vet doing anything at all, I had to pay extra for the actual action of the vet doing something to my cat. I understand extra for diagnostics, blood, ct scans, etc, but I dont understand what the price intales. Even though its an emergency, I had to make an emergency appointment and was not seen till 1 hour after the " emergency apt." I cant imagine this happening to a suffering pet. I imagine this to be a good last resort emergency vet.

Alisha Hall Took this business two weeks for them to tell me their doctors do not feel comfortable taking on my case. It’s not a complicated case just need to restart my medications after insurance changing. Called at least 4 times to have no one pick up on hold for 15 plus minutes. Must be meant to be.

catherine skillin My elderly mother is under the care Tiffany Carlson. I am a registered nurse and I can you from a clinical and medical standpoint this clinician is top-notch! She has been caring for my mother for quite a few years and my mother recently had an acute hospitalization and was followed up by Tiffany Carlson, again. I could not have been more pleased in her attentiveness, skills and medical follow-up! She was and is very thorough! Also, her staff and her medical assistant are top notch.

BJjr2 McGillicuddy Enloe radiology REFUSED to send my pulmonologist at UCSF the images of my chest X-ray. Even though she was the ordering physician. They said their radiologist have to read it and they will only send my Ucsf physician a copy of the report. This is unacceptable! I would advise everybody to get their care out of town and avoid Enloe at all costs. Plus, they were very rude about it.

Kayla Christensen On 07/18/2022 I had my very first Ultrasound appointment. I was able to see my baby for the very first time. I was alone, scared, and not sure what to expect since this is my first baby. I believe my Tech was Amy D. The only complaint I have is that she set the bar WAY too high. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. Ive been going to a different specialty clinic for my fetal growth US ever since and Ive been nothing but disappointed with the services I have received by techs that lack any and all passion for what they do. This is my first baby and likely the only baby I will be having I wish others in your field realized or cared about how special these moments are when a parent gets to see their baby. You did realize this, Amy! thank you so much for your excitement and passion. Thank you for being the tech that gave me the very first view of my beautiful baby girl. I didnt realize how lucky I was that I was able to have you as a tech. I wish you could have followed me and baby bean through this entire journey!

Audra Hufford Had a visit Monday for my daughter who was determined to have a viral ear infection. Amoxacillan was prescribed but never sent to the pharmacy. I called twice over 4 hours after the appointment to get the prescription sent, a nurse said they were really busy and will send it when they can. Waited at the pharmacy the 4 hours after the appointment to still not have it sent. Called the pharmacy yesterday-still no prescription sent. Called the pharmacy again today and still no prescription sent. Called NVIH after hours, spoke with someone regarding the prescription and she was able to send it right away from her file. I hope this never happens to someone else. My daughter has been in pain and Ive been doing the best I can to keep it managed for her. I dont understand why the medication is on her chart but was never sent as a prescription. Do better.

Casey A Always a great experience for us. We take our 2 year old and now our newborn here. We love Bill, NP and highly recommend him. He answers every question no matter how small and makes sure we feel prepared for the next developmental stage. Every time I call with a concern, it is either answered or returned the same day. I’ve never had a problem getting in same day for urgent concerns. Highly recommend going here. The new facility is impressive, clean and welcoming. All the staff has been great too.
