5 /5 Sara Nall: A few weeks ago, we had to put our cat down. From the first call I made to Valley Oak, I felt welcomed and understood. When we got there with our cat, he threw up all over the waiting area and the techs cleaned up everything. The service to get him diagnosed was quick, yet thorough. We made the difficult decision and the vet and tech were very sympathetic and understanding. Although letting go of our fur baby was incredibly difficult, the vet made the process as easy as she could for us. Today we received a sympathy card in the mail, which had a personalized note written. It was unexpected, but so very appreciated. Thank you for helping us through a very difficult time.
