I haven’t seen my ring this clean in over 5 years, looks brand new! Left very satisfied and definitely coming back! Highly recommend!!

I would rather shop at Ulta Beauty, where you are treated with decencey, even though they are higher in price. You get what you pay for.

Jazmin Ariza Love this store. My late mommy introduced me to this place. I get my daughters earrings and bracelets here. They are very rough on their jewelry. This place also repairs jewelry which is very helpful. I take my necklaces, watches and bracelets in for repair and downsizing. I also have my girls bracelets engraved here.

Tomomi Ito Went to this store to exchange my charms I received as a gift (duplicate charms & wrong size bracelet), it was unopened, in box, with receipt. The lady working there was very dismissive & rude, would not even look at my items or listen to what I had to say and just flat out refused to help me. There is a 30 day return policy which I understand, but when purchasing my husband was told differently. The whole experience just turned me off and I guess my collecting charms have come to an end. I was not asking for a refund, I was asking to exchange charms I already own…i think a company who values their customers would have accommodated, because after this experience I will no longer collect pandora charms & I made sure to tell my husband to never buy anything from them ever again. Very poor customer service.

Jennifer Joseph whatever you do dont shop here dont buy anything at Daniels Jewelers. Tell all your friends and Family. They sell all jewelry at inflated prices and then dont stand behind their products. If I could give it 0 Stars or negative Stars I would do that. My fiance bought my ring there. Not just my ring. The set with earrings and a necklace another ruby necklace and some more jewelry. He spent a lot of money and he paid cash. We got the insurance for the ring but not for anything else. The first time I wore my Ruby pendant the chain broke. We went back and bought a new chain for $35. I had it for maybe 2 days and the clasp broke. I brought it back in and they charged me $20 to fix it. So now my $35 dollar chain is a $55 chain. Maybe a week later I was adjusting it on my neck and it snapped in half. Not the clasp, the chain itself. I brought it back. It was longer than the 30 day warranty and they wanted to charge me $30 to fix it. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I will never buy another thing from Daniels and if youre smart you wont either. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy another chain since the one that I had was only $35 oh wait $55. And I told him I will get another chain but not from you. I bought a chain on Amazon for $11 and it lasted more than your expensive chain. I went to walk out the door and the manager said, wait dont forget your necklace and I said throw it in the trash because its trash.

O’Toole Kevin “Agent” Worst pawn shop in the world, they have dogs sleeping on counters leaving fur everywhere stirring up my allergies, they have bad customer service by not greeting me, one was just checking my I.D and the other was examining my games mumbling as if he didnt want me to hear the actul amount I can get, there was one that was brand new, the other like new and they were just sitting around! It was cold and indifferent also when examining my items for its trade in value, they kept slamming them on the counter damaging its worth, if you look online both are at least 20 dollars and they tried to get them for $3! what scam artists!
