They sell all jewelry at inflated prices and then dont stand behind their products. If I could give it 0 Stars or negative Stars I would do that. My fiance bought my ring there. Not just my ring. The set with earrings and a necklace another ruby necklace and some more jewelry. He spent a lot of money and he paid cash. We got the insurance for the ring but not for anything else. The first time I wore my Ruby pendant the chain broke. We went back and bought a new chain for $35. I had it for maybe 2 days and the clasp broke. I brought it back in and they charged me $20 to fix it. So now my $35 dollar chain is a $55 chain. Maybe a week later I was adjusting it on my neck and it snapped in half. Not the clasp, the chain itself. I brought it back. It was longer than the 30 day warranty and they wanted to charge me $30 to fix it. The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I will never buy another thing from Daniels and if youre smart you wont either. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to buy another chain since the one that I had was only $35 oh wait $55. And I told him I will get another chain but not from you. I bought a chain on Amazon for $11 and it lasted more than your expensive chain. I went to walk out the door and the manager said, wait dont forget your necklace and I said throw it in the trash because its trash.
