Pandora Jewelry - Oxnard Tomomi Ito: Went to this store to exchange my charms I received as a gift (duplicate charms & wrong size bracelet), it was unopened, in box, with receipt. The lady working there was very dismissive & rude, would not even look at my items or listen to what I had to say and just flat out refused to help me. There is a 30 day return policy which I understand, but when purchasing my husband was told differently. The whole experience just turned me off and I guess my collecting charms have come to an end. I was not asking for a refund, I was asking to exchange charms I already own…i think a company who values their customers would have accommodated, because after this experience I will no longer collect pandora charms & I made sure to tell my husband to never buy anything from them ever again. Very poor customer service.
