1 /5 Tomomi Ito: Went to this store to exchange my charms I received as a gift (duplicate charms & wrong size bracelet), it was unopened, in box, with receipt. The lady working there was very dismissive & rude, would not even look at my items or listen to what I had to say and just flat out refused to help me. There is a 30 day return policy which I understand, but when purchasing my husband was told differently. The whole experience just turned me off and I guess my collecting charms have come to an end. I was not asking for a refund, I was asking to exchange charms I already own…i think a company who values their customers would have accommodated, because after this experience I will no longer collect pandora charms & I made sure to tell my husband to never buy anything from them ever again. Very poor customer service.

1 /5 Shaun: My daughters try to just exchange bracelets and matching rings that did not fit. Purchased as a birthday gift. We had receipts, within 30 days would not let us exchange. Not even store credit. In the box not used. $250 worth now is useless. Be careful what you buy. Not refundable or exchangeable!! Just pay a little more and go to a respectable jewelry store.!!

5 /5 Verky: Staff is super sweet; they will show you anything you want to see in the case. You can also measure your ring size here. At first, I thought Pandora was high end jewelry that out of price reach for me, but I was wrong. They have a lot of budget options here for under $100. I will be coming here for my earrings from now on.

5 /5 Bryanna: I’ve had great experiences in this store, the staff has been very friendly and helpful in picking out my jewelry, my favorite piece being from the Disney little mermaid collection, Ursula’s shell necklace. It is my favorite necklace and I can’t thank the manager Kelsey enough for picking it out and making the whole experience fun and exciting. I know I can refer my friends to this store and they’ll have a great experience buying their jewelry.

5 /5 Paulina Hernandez: Wonderful spot in Oxnard! The super sweet employees helped me pick out some charms to add to my collection. Everyone was so welcoming as soon as I walked through the doors. Kelsey the new manager was kind enough to add in my charms to my bracelet and was really helpful throughout my shopping experience.☺️
